Cheers to the new year! Before we jump completely into 2022, we wanted to share some of our memorable moments, numbers, and new changes of last year and what we achieved together in 2021 with our wonderful owners and guests. Here is the 2021 Year in Review for On-The-Sand
Reservations
This year we had a total of 2,362 reservations across our website, Airbnb, VRBO, etc. If you had a check-in date of Jan 1, 2021, through Dec 31, 2021, your reservation is a part of this milestone. We would not be where we are today without our wonderful guests.
New Units
We added 9 new units to our inventory this year! Everything from both one and two-bedroom options as well as new ground levels, oceanfronts, penthouses, south-facing, etc all in the mix. This means more choices to help you find the perfect condo for you and your family to enjoy.

New Text Line
We have a new text number! We are now using a system called whistle to help manage our text messages and respond to guests sooner and more accurately. With a new system, comes a new number. We’ve updated all of our documentation both digital and in the properties but if you are still using the old text line you may want to save our new one instead as we will be monitoring the old one less and less in the new year.
New Employees
This year we added 4 new employees, 2 to our reservation office staff, and 2 to our onsite team. This may not seem like a lot, but when you first started your company with just a husband and wife team, adding 4 in one year is amazing! With this growth, we hope to be able to serve each of our guests more and make each stay better.
Remodels
We and our owners are always looking for ways to improve the condos to make stays more comfortable for our guests. This year we had 10 different units that had remodeling work done. Things like new flooring, new bathroom vanities, updated kitchens, and more.
