We really loved this specific condo. It has, in our opinion, the best location - close to the elevators, the private pool in Building A, trash/recycling bins and parking spot but not too close to hear any noise. The main floor deck patio has a wonderful fountain outside near it to mask any street/train noise. The upper master bedroom level has the BEST views of the ocean - and you are so close you can hear the waves. You also have lots of privacy on this deck. The condo layout is excellent, with the three large spaces (master bedroom upstairs, large 2 queen bed! bedroom on the main floor) and the large living room - plus the 2 balconys. Some parts of the unit are newer: master bathroom, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, sofa, etc. Although some parts of the unit are old/dated - they are still well maintained and fairly clean. We appreciated the snack basket in our unit, and the fully stocked activity closet, complete with high quality body surf boards (4 large ones plus a kids one), sand toys, beach umbrellas, coleman cooler and most importantly, a very durable and flexible wagon to cart our items to the beach. The beds were quite comfy - the master one was a bit firm so we just bought a cheap mattress topper and left it for future guests to enjoy. We also loved having 2 queen beds in the main floor bedroom so our teenagers could sleep well. We sure wish the units in this complex had air conditioning - but we appreciated the 3 fans available for complimentary use. If we come back, we would specifically select this unit - due to its location, layout and well stocked beach items.

We had the pleasure of renting this unit out for the holidays. We loved it so much that we are hopeful to book it again next year our daughters six and eight had plenty of room to play and activities to engage in. it was surprisingly super quiet. We rarely heard anybody else but know that it was fully packed so that was awesome. The people who managed this property were easily accessible via email and responded rapidly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and will look for this unit again.

This was a great place for myself, spouse, mom, and brother to stay while we were in the area for a wedding. Great location right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The condo complex is very cute and had lots of amenities. We stayed in December and the complex was all decorated for the holidays, the light displays were very cute. Plenty of room in the condo for the four of us. Parking garage was very easy, though we didn't take the car out often after arriving since we could walk pretty much everywhere. One of the screen doors had come off its hinges right when we arrived and the host was extremely prompt and sent someone out to fix it right away. They also left some snacks and water bottles which was very thoughtful.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Condo has split level which helped with spaced between 2 families. Communication with property management was FANASTIC!! Location is well suited between the harbor and the pier with close highway access for travel. Walmart is also close to buy groceries and seasoning to cook, but kitchen was well stocked with pots/plates. Highly recommend and would look forward to returning here.

It was a very nice place to stay, a lot to do within walking distance. Down by the beach and uptown.. There were two pools, two hot tubs and koi fish. It felt very secure!! Beware that if you have a larger vehicle it maybe be tricky to park in the garage. I would definitely stay there again.

We just finished two weeks in A304. We love NCV for its location. Easy check in and out. We walked to Harbor, Handels Ice, and Parlor Donuts. We also rented A302 and we had friends in two other two bedroom, two bath condos. We grilled, did the Turkey Trot and saw the most magnificent sunset ever! The condo was comfortable and had great lighting. I like it bright. We called for more towels, and a stopped up sink and then a leak in that sink. We received prompt service. . We appreciated the updated bathrooms, beach chairs and towels, and boogie boards. Would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. It fit our family very comfortably. the master bedroom/bathroom was a very nice space for my wife and I. The balcony with a view of the ocean was a big plus. We spent a fair bit of time out there while eating and playing games, enjoying the view and the ocean sounds. The master bed did feel a bit thin and on the hard side initially but ended up sleeping very comfortably on it. The second bedroom was great for our kids, they had to share the beds but they all seemed to sleep very comfortably. The second bathroom was a must and was great to have. The open kitchen, dining, living room space was great as well. Really easy for us to all gather in that area and stay connected. We made most our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The ice maker in the freezer also did a great job keeping up with our needs of staying hydrated. The space can get on the warm side in the middle of the day but keeping doors and windows open with fans blowing kept the space manageable. The best though was the pool, hot tub, and close proximity to the beach. That is where we spent most of our time. The complex has a pool and hot tub which was perfect for our kids. We also used the communal grills for one meal and it worked out great. I just had to use my own lighter to light the grill. Being able to walk to the beach within just a few minutes and not have to worry about parking was awesome. The condo had 5 boogie boards, 2 beach umbrellas, and 5 or 6 beach chairs that we used every day and it was great. We had so much fun, I can't speak highly enough about our stay. Oh, and On-The-Sand was awesome about communicating very clearly and promptly both before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The location was really good, right next to the ocean. The resort facilities overall were OK, some elements a bit tired e.g. 2nd pool area and Gym, but the grounds were immaculate. The unit itself was well laid out, but the furniture and fixtures and fittings, e.g. Kitchen & 2nd bathroom were very tired. The beds were extremely comfortable, however the seating both inside and out were not comfortable.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much everything you need to eat in and save money, including a slow cooker! What a great addition for being on vacation. Set a meal and go to the beach, dinner's waiting when you get back. And the beach is truly less than 100 yards away! We really loved the ocean and sunsets from the upstairs balcony, and the incredible view during the huge storm! The "On-the-Sand" representatives are very responsive. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but the managers responded to a text almost immediately, and were very friendly in solving that little problem. As in any rental unit, there were a few minor things that could use some attention. The cabinet doors in the kitchen could really use latches or magnets installed to stay fully closed (or just adjusted - lots of people using them). Perhaps also a handheld shower head in the downstairs bathroom for those who may need this (disabled or older folks). OH!! I should mention the WiFi was GREAT!!! I had to do a little work during our stay and having stayed in other units in the same complex, I was expecting very slow WiFi. NOT IN A304!! I was averaging over 300mbps down speed. In summary, I will gladly be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful master suite with private bathroom and an open air balcony that you can see the pier and ocean from. Additional bedroom with two queen beds and personal bathroom. We liked that there was a pool and hot tub right in this condo complex. Nice quiet location with easy access to lots of different places for food, entertainment, etc. great vacation!

Great value for your dollar. I stayed here for a month and this place is perfect for a family or a pair of roommates to enjoy an ocean view without paying top dollar. The two floors and two balconies allowed my friend and I to have our own space. The view from the lower balcony looks at the garden and water fountain and allows for great people watching. The upstairs balcony looks over the ocean and gives a great look at the sunset each night. The upstairs bathroom was just redone and is very nice. The kitchen appliances were perfect, they gave plenty of dish washer tablets and garbage bags as an act of kindness. Great location, very cool area, highly recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable and cute condo right by the beach! The beachy decorations were tasteful and added to the ambience. The master bathroom upstairs was beautifully done. The kitchen was also nice. Family room area was very cozy for playing games and watching movies. There is also a closet full of toys for the beach - including a couple of wetsuits. Most importantly to me was that the condo was very clean! And I loved that they provided liquid hand soap at each sink in the condo. It's a small touch but kept us from having to bring or buy it. The location of building "A" was great! It is literally an elevator ride downstairs to the parking garage, out a side gate, and you are at the beach entrance! It is a short walk across the street to get to the entrance to the main resort area with the gyms and larger pool. However, there is a smaller pool right below this condo. This is also in walking distance to the marina with shops and restaurants, and the jetty at the beach. Overall, a very nice resort and this area of Oceanside is the perfect little beach town!

Loved the ocean views and sounds from the upstairs master bedroom and balcony! Saw a few dolphins with binoculars as well! The condo was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and linens. Loved the beach equipment and the close proximity walking to the sandy beach, pool and bbqs. The game rooms were a fun addition as well. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the pier and harbor with restaurants and shops. A nice resort feel. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Great value for your dollar. I stayed here for a month and this place is perfect for a family or a pair of roommates to enjoy an ocean view without paying top dollar. The two floors and two balconies allowed my friend and I to have our own space. The view from the lower balcony looks at the garden and water fountain and allows for great people watching. The upstairs balcony looks over the ocean and gives a great look at the sunset each night. The upstairs bathroom was just redone and is very nice. The lower bathroom is old and the shower is outdated. The biggest con of this place was the beds. The mattresses are stiff and old (especially the downstairs ones), highly recommend upgrading the mattresses for the future. The kitchen appliances were perfect, they gave plenty of dish washer tablets and garbage bags as an act of kindness. Great location, very cool area, highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to Misty for being so helpful.
**side note we had an issue with a leaky roof and they took care of it. Took a while so they refunded us for the inconvenience and that is why they deserve a 5 star rating**

We love this location. It is perfect for our family. You can walk to the beach, there are places to rinse off when you come back, they have great swimming pools. It gives us all the flexibility that our family needs to enjoy a week at the beach. Also loved the beach gear provided. Boogie boards, sun umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs and ---best of all-- a wagon to cart it all down to the beach. Great to have access to the BBQ grills. Everything was clean and in good shape. Loved that the bath towels were plush and new-ish. We will definitely come back.

My family and I had a good time near the ocean. We liked the place where our apartment was. The territory has always been cleared. The staff was very responsive and polite. May God bless the owner and the staff.

We had a great time in this condo. It is well equipped with beach toys and a wagon to get everything to the beach. Check out the sunset market on Thursday nights. We walked down there and the smells and food were amazing. It is also a short walk to the harbor and we went dolphin watching which was so much fun. The third floor gives you a great view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing. You can also hear the train on the other side of the building but it did not bother us. The weather here was perfect and we had a great time. The condo had everything we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable.

My family and I had an amazing weekend staying at the North Coast Village. The condo was clean and well-equipped for our stay. My favorite part was the ocean view from the master bedroom floor. You can hear and see the ocean- we enjoyed having dinner on the balcony and watching the sunset. You can definitely hear the train from the condo, but I was prepared for it. We used our white noise machine for the kids and the train didn't seem to bother them at night. We also loved being walking distance to the beach, the pier and the harbor. We rode our bikes frequently. The property managers were so kind and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice space for Grandma, Grandpa, adult daughter and 2 kids. The condo was spacious, and the location was perfect. Beautiful huge beach, heated pools and hot tubs. We hope to return before long. On-the-sand was great to work with, making this one of our best vacations!
