We enjoyed our stays over the IM 70.3 Oceanside race weekend. They prepared very well for such event like that to make the check in process very convenient and smooth. The location was perfect. The place was very cozy! We ll come back!

From the minute we booked this vacation rental, On the Sand was great at communicating! We knew what to expect upon arrival, got great recommendations for our time there, and had an easy checkout. The place was clean, had all we needed, had very comfortable beds, and was in the most perfect location. We enjoyed the heated pool onsite and the beach that was a less than five minute walk away. The condo was great as always everything we need was right there, we were about 100 yards from the water. Everything in working order and also where u park your car is about as close as u can get . Just 2 floors down and enter the parking lot and there it is. Loved it and on the sand is the best.

This was an excellent unit. Everything was very clean. The view was great, there’s super short walk to the beach, large parking spot in parking garage (we fit our suburban), & the condo has plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards. The pool and BBQ area was easily accessible. The complex as several gates to get in and out of to walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to return again!

This home was nicely furnished with newer Ikea mid-century style furniture. There was a welcome bowl with some snacks to greet us upon arrival. The unit has an oversized leather sofa and three side chairs, one of which was a modern ottoman recliner. There was a big-screen TV in the living room and a pretty big TV in each bedroom. The kitchen had a good assortment of pans and serving dishes and utensils. The only condiments provided was salt and pepper. They could have given us more than 1 day of dish soap, but otherwise it was well stocked. The closet had several beach chairs and three medium size boogie boards and one child size boogie board. There were two coolers in the closet and many fans. The box fans would tip over and we got lots of bruised feet, so I suggest using the tower fans, but otherwise, it was a great stay. The assigned parking spot was very convenient to the elevator. The complex has a pool and is a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. There's a super nice, several mile long, bike path just across the street from the complex.

The place run by on the sand was great. It was very convenient to the area where we were. There are a number of good restaurants very close. The location was really close to the beach which was also really nice. Good communication and they were accommodating for our friends that came in really late on friday night.

Although a little beyond our budget, it was worth every penny!! The location of this unit was wonderful! It was quiet, with a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, and steps away from the beach! Everything we needed was in walkable distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped with beach supplies and all necessary items in the kitchen to make our own meals! The beds were comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. The assigned parking spot close to the elevator and the elevator was a short distance to our condo, which made it easy to unpack our car. The central area of the complex made you feel like you were in a tropical setting, beautifully landscaped. Enjoyed feeding the koi fish! The amenities were great, enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The fitness center had plenty of exercise equipment for a good workout. So much to enjoy in this location. The hosting company very responsive to any needs and prompt. Highly recommend!

 We had a great vacation in Oceanside, CA, and really enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. North Coast is in a great location with plenty to do and see within walking distance. The condo is exactly as described and has everything you need in the kitchen for preparing all your meals. We had to get used to sleeping with the windows open, but after the 1st night, it became our norm and was fine. Communication with the property manager was good. We would stay here again.

Great Condo....pool was big lots of acitivity and families. Short walk to the beach. Very secure...gates are all over the place. Only thing was No AC. I missed this on booking but other than that it was amazing

Thank you so much for your review! For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Great: Stayed a month in February. End unit, furniture and carpets new, great cookware. Unlike most of the units I have occupied at NCV this one is not packed with leftover junk from previous tenants (tupperware, soppy cups, etc. etc.) There IS actually space to put groceries and clothes away. Dressers in bedrooms, Crate and Barrel furniture.. My husband is a meditator and layout allowed him to be in the Master "suite" and not hear me rattling around in the living area. We are from a small town and are older; the street noise was a little annoying, but also could hear the waves. A note about North Coast Village: very well run, Grounds keepers do an excellent job. Lush landscaping in the complex. On-the-Sand rental agency is extremely responsive and the staff does an excellent job. Thanks to all.

The unit was clean and had all the necessary provisions that were needed for me to make a home cooked meal for my son as well as the amenities for the comforts of "home" away from home! The complex is beautiful and makes you feel like you are worlds away from the real world with the tropical oasis and fabulous pool, hot tub, and gym! You won’t be disappointed with On-The-Sand. The location is perfect and the complex/resort is accommodating for large or small families. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t stay longer, but that’s on me.

We loved our week long stay at C300 !! Location was fantastic and the actual suite itself was outstanding. Lots of room for 4 (or even 6 if you need it). Two bathrooms is a huge bonus and the kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely be back !!
