THE VIEW:
This southern-facing  penthouse at North Coast Village offers panoramic ocean views that will leave you breathless. Sip your morning coffee on one of your two private balconies as you watch the waves crash against the shore. The large deck upstairs is perfect for sunbathing or gathering with the family to dine alfresco with an ocean view. The main level balcony is also a perfect respite where you can enjoy the serene sights of the coast.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, open storage, and ample counter space. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you’ll find everything you need. 
The adjacent dining area features a glass dining table that seats four providing a perfect spot for memorable family meals and lively conversations, with two additional seating available in the kitchen counter. 

LIVING AREAS:
Step into the spacious  living room where the open-concept layout creates a welcoming space for socializing and unwinding after a day at the beach. In the main living room area, you’ll find two comfortable plush sofas where you can relax and binge-watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with free extended cable or curl up with a good book and listen to the waves in the distance. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. 

SLEEPING:
C302 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Retreat to the tranquil oasis of the extra large primary bedroom upstairs, complete with a luxurious king bed and soothing coastal colors. The second bedroom downstairs is equally inviting, with a queen and twin bed, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfy queen sofa sleeper.

BATHROOMS:
C302 is equipped with two bathrooms. The primary ensuite bathroom upstairs features a  spacious walk-in shower and dual sink vanity with exquisite custom tile and countertop. The guest bathroom downstairs includes a tub/shower combo and a separate dual sink vanity, ensuring convenience for all guests.
