We are very happy with the experience we had. This was a long overdue family vacation, and we would love to come back. Pool, beach, hot tub, all of it was great. The unit is a nice size and ideal for a family as there is a pullout couch in the living room. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. This experience was an easy stay.

We had a great stay! Pictures are accurate and condo is clean. Great location to walk to pier or harbor and enjoy the beach. Only thing that I wish was more clear is that this condo is not ground level walk out to the beach but is a very close walk.

North Beach Village is an amazing place. The photos do not even do it justice. It was like being in Hawaii. The location is perfect: just a short walk from most anything. We used the free shuttle on Circuit too. The condo itself is clean and well-maintained. It could use an update on decor, but it is very pleasant as-is. The view is over the top of another building, but still has a nice view of the ocean.

Great location! Suggest this listing for sure! Listing and pictures is very accurate, except take note the washer and dryer are not in the condo and you have to bring laundry to an on-site washer and dryer you pay must pay for. We would stay there again for sure! The village was very secure and lots to do.

This condo and north coast village was the perfect place for a weekend at the beach. Fantastic location. Very clean. Has everything you need. Open the slider and window to hear the ocean. Out the gate and to the beach. Walk to the pier, food and playground. The complex is its own tropical paradise with nice amenities. Here are a few Laundry, ping pong, putting green, Library with books and Dvd's to borrow. Koi pond. Great for kids with pool/beach right there. Beach chairs, sand toys etc in garage. Exceeded our expectations and hope to return. We had a relaxing, great time. Thank you!!

It was a lovely stay. We loved the view from the windows and the proximity to the pool. It was just great and we were super sad to leave. The unit had a musty smell but this is common in homes so close to the beach, and opening the windows for a bit took care of it.

Expect perfection! The condo is clean and the hosts leave you everything for a perfect vacation! Clean linens, towels, extra blankets, and they even left us a complimentary basket with snacks! Great hosts!Thank you for the beautiful accommodations, this was our first trip to California. I have to mention; waking up to the sounds of the ocean, the ocean breeze and palm trees was something I’ll never forget! My favorite spot in the condo was the bedroom which was perfectly placed viewing the Pacific Ocean! Everything was clean and we enjoyed the snacks you left us. The only thing I would add is maybe do some upgrades, modernize the look a bit otherwise everything is PERFECT! Once again thank you for a lovely vacation accommodation!

We had a fabulous stay in D102! Booking, check-in and communication was so easy and the management even checked in with us after a couple of days to see how we were doing. D102 was clean, had everything we needed and we took full advantage of the beautiful view from the deck! It's just 1 flight up and around the corner from the beach. We also appreciated having so many beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for lots of hours at the beach.

We recently stayed here for a few days and it was everything that was advertised. Check in procedures are a little confusing but any of the security guards can point you in the right direction and give you anything you need. The harbor and pier are all within an easy 15 minute walk. Everything in the area just fully reopened from COVID so parking outside the complex is hard to find. But it's right on the beach and was actually pretty quiet after sundown. Overall, a great place for families or couples just wanting a beach trip.

Our condo was impeccably clean and the views were amazing. The bed was huge and comfortable with warm blankets (it was colder when we were visiting) and the pull out couch was great for our kids. The location felt safe and we could easily walk right out onto the ocean and enjoy walks, great food and beautiful views.

The space was perfect for my husband and I, and our 4 month old. Location is perfect. The view from the balcony looked slightly better in the pictures but you can still see the beach and hear the waves. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby but also plenty of pots and pans to cook with,

The space was perfect for my husband and I, and our 4 month old. Location is perfect. Lots of places to eat nearby but also plenty of pots and pans to cook with, but just be sure to bring olive oil, butter, etc.. there’s only the bare minimum in the cabinets to cook with.

Condo owner, Robyn, was very enjoyable to work with. The condo has a BEAUTIFUL view of the pier and ocean. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Oceanside by foot and you have easy access to I-5 if you are driving. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property grounds are gorgeous and has amenities like a pool, hot-tub, laundry and gym. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside.

This lovely one bedroom condo has everything you need: It has a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances and granite top, a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, dresser and large closets, and finally a comfortable living room with a fireplace, sofa, chairs and sliding door to the balcony. Oh and both the living room and bedroom have outstanding views of the ocean and the Oceanside Pier. It is a beautiful location with gardens, a koi pond, and a large swimming pool and hot tub. There is a nice walkway by the beach that can take you to the pier and to the center of town. Harbor Town is a very short walk over the bridge heading north on Pacific St. Both Oceanside and Harbor Town have good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Oceanside Broiler. It is on the boat harbor and has excellent seafood as well as steaks. We were fortunate to catch the season’s final production, The Man of La Mancha, at the Brooks Theatre. It is a small theater but provides gigantic live entertainment. Big thanks to Paul, a local resident at the condo, who told us about the theater and gave us a “friends” discount! We spent our last day driving up to Temecula and visiting a few of their wineries. It is only a 45 minute drive. This was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised. Whether you want a Beach Getaway or a place you can call home while you explore the area and all it has to offer, this is one great place to stay. Oh yes, and a big thank you to Robyn and her generous goodie basket!

Robyn’s condo is just exactly as the photo’s show. So often the pictures and the reality are not the same, in this case everything was perfect! The basket with “treats” was so thoughtful and appreciated. And the view is amazing, but the sound of the waves is heaven. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. Robyn was very flexible in accommodating our stay. The home is well kept, clean, and very enjoyable. The location is extremely desirable and the beach is viewable from each window in the home. At the last minute my boys and I met several neighbors who regularly go to North Coast every fall break. We decided to join them. We loved the complex and beaches....AMAZING!!!! The condo we stayed in was so clean and conveniently located. The owner was friendly, readily available for questions, and so accommodating. The condo had wonderful views and everything you needed was right there! We would most definitely recommend staying in this lovely, comfortable home away from home!
