The condo was pristine . A lot of work was happening on the beach which was a little distracting. Pool and hot tubs were great and the grounds were beautiful. Not a ton to do in the area… would still highly recommend.

This was a fantastic stay. The complex is right on the N end of the Strand beach but is a short walk to downtown, the pier, harbor and harbor beach. There is also a little semi-private beach with great surf conditions that you would probably overlook if not staying at the complex. The complex is dated as a whole but D313 is spacious, clean, well apportioned and has such great views from the balcony and bedrooms that I’m not sure I noticed much else. During the weekends there are lots of lifeguards on the beach and it seems safe for young kids. The complex also has a pool and gym - both clean and nice. Regular security patrols of the complex. We’ve stayed at a few places between OC and San Diego owner the years but this was a great location for a beach vacation. Oh yeah, the sand here also glitters so you can skip the exorbitant prices of Coronado Island!

Great service from On-the-Sand. Condo complex is starting to show its age with construction going on at pool. Unit has new furniture and carpet, very clean. Kitchen is dated. Cabinets need adjusting to close.

Excellent oceanfront/beach view condo. Loved having two master suites. Living room with ocean view was surprisingly spacious. Kitchen was small but functional with good appliances including a large fridge-freezer. Lots of fresh towels including beach towels. Beach equipment was a nice bonus (e.g., boogie boards, beach chairs). Loved every minute!

The location was easy to find. Check in process was easy. I appreciated the communication from office. There was not any steak knives or kitchen scissors and they the personnel responded quickly to get us those items. The only downer was the ant issue. Do not leave any foods or sweets on the counter. Mostly an annoyance but would stay again.

The ocean waves were the only sound breaking the silence. We had coffee in the morning and watched the surfers as we sat on the lovely deck overlooking the beach, and drank margaritas in the evening as the sun was setting. There are permanent residents living in this complex and they were extremely friendly and helpful. No weird "locals only" vibes. Beautiful and walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops as well as a nice little farmer's market. We would absolutely stay in this location again!

We've stayed at North Coast Village for years. This unit has a perfect location, a lovely view from all the windows. It was spotless! There were plenty of beach supplies. The unit was recently partially updated with fresh paint, new carpet, updated bathrooms, and nice modern furniture. It's the nicest unit we've stayed in. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. On The Sand is a professional organization with a strong presence at NCV. We'd stay here again.

We've stayed at North Coast Village for years. This unit has a perfect location, a lovely view from all the windows. It was spotless! There were plenty of beach supplies. The unit was recently partially updated with fresh paint, new carpet, updated bathrooms, and nice modern furniture. It's the nicest unit we've stayed in. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, other than for a colander and steak knives. There's no way to cut a chicken breast or steak, other than with a butcher knife. None of these were deal breakers, just good to know if you're planning ahead.
We had an issue being shorted on towels when we arrived. I texted the contact and he promptly responded. I thought it was weird he insisting on coming to the unit to verify though. And one day there was a repairman in the unit when I walked in. I had not been notified ahead of time. So a few weird things, but overall an excellent experience. On The Sand is a professional organization with a strong presence at NCV. We'd stay here again.

The condo and resort are beautiful! Just as described. The paths throughout the resort are beautifully manicured and covered in tropical gardens. The pool was heated and a welcome escape after playing in the cool Pacific Ocean. The hot tub was always a bit crowded with people warming up and relaxing, but we didn’t mind. The condo had everything we needed for a week trip, including beach towels and boogie boards. We loved laying in bed at night listening to the sound of the ocean. The whole resort felt very safe and secure with keypads and keys to all areas and security guards patrolling throughout the buildings. Oceanside is a wonderful beach town with plenty of activities and restaurants to try. It was also close enough for day trips to San Diego or Anaheim. We’ll definitely be back someday to explore the area more and enjoy the beach. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Just what we needed for a one-week vacation. As a photographer, the balcony was perfect for Sunset photos and ocean photos. The majority of the unit was updated. Hopefully, they will update the kitchen soon. It was well supplied with kitchen utensils, although we ate out a lot this vacation because there are so many amazing restaurants in the area!
