This was such an amazing place! Tropical lush gardens, waterfalls, koi ponds, on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stuff. Condo was beautiful with beach decor. Would love to come back.

Great family trip, condo set up was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, great instructions for check in and check out. The beach in front of the condo is one of my favorite spots in Oceanside.

Great stay! Everything was as described in the listing. Pristinely clean and included everything we needed. They provided plenty of bath & beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, etc. and the unit had everything to make yourself at home. Nicely updated and decorated. Easy access to either side of the beach, and walkable to both the harbor and the pier. Host was responsive and informative - there's a great little info book in the unit with clear instructions and local information. This is our third time staying at NCV and this was by far our most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

They provided plenty of bath & beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, etc. and the unit had everything to make yourself at home. Nicely updated and decorated. Easy access to either side of the beach, and walkable to both the harbor and the pier. The only negative thing was that the pillows were SO uncomfortable - like the really hard hospital pillows with air in them. Would recommend bringing your own for a good night's sleep. Host was responsive and informative - there's a great little info book in the unit with clear instructions and local information. This is our third time staying at NCV and this was by far our most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

This was our first airbnb experience. It was perfect for our family of four. The unit has everything we needed to feel at home. The beach accessories are a great feature. The complex is gated and secure. Its quiet and very close to the beach, the harbor and many different restaurants and shops. Legoland is right down the road along with many other parks, beaches and things do do. We would definitely recommend this rental based on price, accommodations, and general area and family activities.

This place really delivered what we were looking for. We were close to the ocean/beach. We were close to Camp Pendleton where our daughter and her family our living (The purpose for our trip). Great places to see and eat within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was well-maintained with a great view.

My husband and I had a great time at Seascape. The landscaping around the facility reminded us of Hawaii. We loved visiting the Koi pond with our 3 grandchildren. The unexpected fireworks on July 4th were spectacular.my only complaint was there was no shower soap and coffee filters. Being able to walk right to the beach and harbor was fun.We will recommend On the Sand To friends.we will definitely stay with you again.

Dealing with On-the-Sand has been a delight. We would always rent from them again. The Unit E-105 was beautifully furnished and were comfortable with everything supplied. Having a Northern exposure meant that we didn't get any sunshine which would have been nice over the winter months.

Had an amazing time at North Coast Village! Spent a week there, and it was fabulous. The room was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, super clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year! Shanna and Mark are awesome!

We stayed 5 days in August and had a wonderful time! The condo was wonderful with everything we needed. There were beach accessories that we could use (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, even sand toys for our daughter) and we could walk to the beach within minutes. The whole complex is in fact very nice and wonderfully arranged: we loved the pool and all those flowers and plants along the walkways. You may have seen on a map that there is a railroad behind the complex as well as the interstate. Both we barely heard. I don't even know when exactly the train came by, but it sure didn't bother us. If there was one thing I could change it would be the mattress: it was too soft for us. And when we were there the toilet paper holder was already a bit loose. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed at this property a few times now and by far this was our favorite condo to stay at. We arrived just prior to sunset and therefore, when we got there and walked out on the balcony, we were greeted by a spectacular sunset since the balcony looks over the beach to the north. Needless to say, we had breakfast and dinner out on the balcony every day to enjoy the beach views. Since the condo is in the north-west most building, there is easy beach access (with a shower to wash off as you come back) to a remote beach. Essentially since there is no parking near their beach access, most of the beach goers are staying at the condo complex so it is less crowded than the beach down by the pier. Furthermore, there is easy access to the warm pool and the hot tub. The condo was very quiet as was the property (despite it being spring break.) One thing I remember from another unit we stayed at in the past was the sound of the train. We did not hear the train at all in this unit! We slept so much better in this unit. The condo was very clean and has wifi. Electric stove with oven.Has a coffee maker too. The complex has a gym and putting green. Lastly, the property management team is very responsive to email and they even texted to see how we were doing and if there was anything they could do. Of all the vacation rentals we have stayed at, I think this is the first time the property managers checked on us. All in all I recommend this unit.

We had the most amazing time!! The space was perfect for our family of 3 and our 5 year old enjoyed the grounds (especially the koi fish and the pool). The company was very responsive and great to deal with . The condo was clean and very comfortable -we had no complaints . We were happy to be not on the pool side as for us the privacy and view of the water was better. The complex has beautiful grounds -a little tropical resort and easy walk over to harbour restaurants . We would definitely stay again !

We had a great time in Oceanside at North Coast Village. Unit E105 is a one bedroom with a King in the Master and a pull out couch in the living room. The unit managers were great to work with and quick to respond. This unit was a nice place to stay for a last minute visit.

Our family have stayed at a number of condos at NCV. This one is was one of the best. We could not ask for anything more. Beds were comfortable, distance to beach was perfect, easy close access to our vehicle. Hands down, the best shower! We cannot think of one thing negative and will definitely be returning.

This condo decent. We stay at NCV quite often so we have stayed in quite a few. This condo is very cozy and comfortable, but not the most updated. I'm assuming that is why the price is as good as it is when considering the location (very close to the sand) and the view. We enjoyed out time there though we did have to ask to have a couple items delivered for the kitchen. Mark and the crew took care of our needs right away. We spent most of our time at the beach but did go up to the farmers market on Thursday night and enjoyed ourselves. It was a great vacation and we would stay in this condo again. The bed is a soft one so if that fits your style you will love it. If you need a firm bed this probably isn't the bed for you.

This unit is fabulous! The view from the balcony of sunsets and the harbor lights couldn't get any better! The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly every night. Love the location of the complex! The waves and sand were just right! Can't wait to go again next year!

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation to North Coast Village. It was the perfect location for a relaxed and fun environment for us and our three young children. The accommodations were lovely, and we cooked most of our meals in our unit. The pool and Jacuzzi were a perfect addition to the wonderful beach. Very grateful!

We loved Oceanside and the complex with it's proximity to the beach. The condo was very clean. Loved having the beach chairs and toys. We had a problem with the shower which we communicated with the management and they addressed it in a timely fashion. We would definitely come again.
