The On-The-Sand’s team was great and fixed things right away when there was a broken appliance we needed. The location is fabulous and worth the money. My husband had to remind me that being right on the beach with the salt air causes defects like rust. That gave the place a kind of old feel but it was so peaceful and well put together.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at these condos in Oceanside but the first time we stayed in a waterfront property. We saw sailboats, dolphins and pelicans go by. The weather was beautiful and overcast. I wish the vacation didn't end so soon. I wish the vacation didn't end so soon. Minor negatives...From the pictures, the grass front looks much bigger, but it was fine for us (6 adults). The non ocean view bedroom that my husband and I shared needs better blinds. The condo has all sorts of lights on out there, and our room was bright all night long. The couple negatives are easily forgotten when sharing good times with family and friends at the beach. It was a great location, and we'd love to come back again if we are able to do so.

Great beach front location! Just steps from the harbor on the north side and steps from the beach front boardwalk and pier on the south side. Super family-friendly gated resort with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. We love this community overall. The unit was pretty nice over all and the kitchen was full of supplies. The showers, window coverings and closet doors could use some updating as they look and function pretty old, but they were still clean. We would definitely stay here again.

You can’t find a better location in Oceanside, or the San Diego area for that matter. Condo has everything you need (minus the in-unit laundry which would be helpful for clean towels, but that’s me being really picky.) Condo has everything you need for the beach including boogie boards and beach chairs. Description said they didn’t provide a hair dryer, but there are two hairdryers in E17! Don’t get in an argument with your spouse over the hairdryer.🤓 simply FABULOUS! We will be renting from you again when we come back yearly to visit family! THANK YOU!

We discovered North Coast Village last year and just loved it, but weren’t thrilled about the unit we rented. This year we came back but to a different unit. The unit is tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked and maintained.  We were so delighted to discover upon our arrival new blinds being installed on the doorwall. Once we were settled in and ready to relax on the patio, we discovered an umbrella stand but no umbrella. We notified on-the-sand and had an umbrella before the end of the day.  Kudos to on-the-sands and the owner of the unit. Also, we were very pleased with a customer service enhancement for this year. We were provided with text message contact info which facilitated in communications and prompt replies.

The unit was bright, beautiful, and updated. King bed and furnishings, excellent. Kitchen, great. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, snacks and water provided, which was so helpful for travelers! Surfers every morning to watch and community was quiet yet filled with much to do with great walkability. Notes - Upon arrival light in second bathroom was hanging out of ceiling, medicine cabinet shelves unusable, TV in living room had a sound issue that was annoying, and oddly some pipes in a adjacent condo made some horrible noise on and off, sometimes very early in AM and this needs to be addressed via the HOA. It was NOT in the unit. To add even more comfort we would ONLY suggest an umbrella for the table outside as it gets so bright and some of us need shade. Thank you for your very lovely condo, we cannot wait to come back, asap!!

Exactly as described. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and associated activities. The unit was clean and equipped with everything needed. The master suite was ideal for falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing. Highly recommend.

E17, the Sea Haven is exactly that, a haven on the beach. It’s location not only provides great views of the Pier and the boats coming out of the harbor, but it is also one of the more peaceful cottages on the seawall with easy access to everything from beach to pool to parking. We love updates made inside the property and slept so well in the comfortable beds with the help of the crashing waves. It is nice to wake up in the morning, walk outside to the patio and see the surfers catching some nice waves. In less than 2 minutes you can find your way to the beach to start a morning walk or setup for a beach day. Oh, and the sunsets are always a highlight. Love sitting right on the wall or at the table and watching as the sun drops below the horizon to end another great vacation day. On-the-Sand makes our vacation an upscale experience. From their warm welcome in the lead up to our stay to the on-site attention when I couldn’t figure out how to get connected to my favorite streaming channels. They provided the backdrop for an awesome vacation with my family. Thank you and hope to see you and Sea Haven again soon.

One of the best beaches in the area. E17 was a great unit. Very nice spot. It was clean and just as advertised. The only negative was more of the fact that we are used to staying in houses and not big condo complexes. A lot of rules and regulations that you don’t get when you’re staying in a home. Not a problem if you’re used to that sort of thing.

This has been our home for the last 14 years the month of September!! To say the least, we love it!! E17 is well equipped with all and anything you might need. It has been updated with a new kitchen, furniture and beds and bedding within the last couple of years. Never a problem getting a hold of anyone if there is a problem--which there never has been. Located ground floor, facing the ocean for the most fantastic sunsets you can imagine. Grass in front to sit and read or play games with the kids. I promise you wont be sorry if you are lucky enough to snag a week or even a few days.

We enjoyed the place very much. 1/2 bath floor and baseboards needed cleaning. We did have the problem with toilets overflowing and backing into bathtub but that was due to neighbors flushing something down the toilet. It took 1/2 day to remedy. Used bathroom at the pool. Sliding door does not lock but has a pin to insert on the top but we had to keep the ladder by the door as we could not reach it. There is a stick to put across the bottom but it is short and would allow the door to open enough for a person to still get it. All in all it was a nice vacation. Place is well stocked for cooking. Will return again. Thank You

Sea Haven is a clean, nicely remodeled unit with plenty of space for two couples. Beds were comfortable, water pressure very good, and kitchen items well stocked. The ocean view and sound of surf cannot be beat. Parking easy and convenient. Grounds are beautiful and complex is located within walking distance of Oceanside Harbor and Pier, as well as fun dining options in Oceanside. Easy to get north or south on I-5. On the Sand was responsive and easy to work with. If we are back in the area next summer, we would definitely want to stay here!

The condo was clean, updated, and in an excellent location - the very best views possible! The only minor complaints are that there were not enough towels for a family to last the week, and the beach chairs were all very old, rusty, broken...otherwise great condo!

Our family of five (including two kids 9 and 6) had a great stay in this cottage. It was very well equipped, kitchen and linens, and the recent remodelling was attractive. The oceanfront location as well as easy access to the beach, the harbour, the pool and the putting green was excellent. The heated pool and hot tub were much appreciated as our daytime temperature did not exceed 20 degrees Celsius. The resort is well suited to families with children.

What an amazing cottage. We have stayed at NCV multiple times a year for many years. This cottage is by far the best one we have stayed in. The decor is so fun! It's the retro, modern, beachy flair tied together beautifully. Everything we needed was there. We've stayed in so many places and I can tell you that the owners have thought of every detail from floor runners next to the bed so your feet don't get cold to pots and pans that are large enough to cook for a large group. Also, Nili was amazing with her communication. I reached out to her many times and she was so prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. My mother-in-law turned 90 recently and she wanted to put her feet in the ocean one last time. We knew NCV was the place to be. However, the cottage exceeded our expectations. When she saw the place and the gorgeous views, it brought tears to her eyes. We did most of our meals at home and enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine/beer at night while soaking in the amazing views. I love falling asleep with the sound of the waves too. We even saw a whale for the first time there. That was super special.

We keep coming back to Oceanside and to this beautiful condo located in North Coast Village. The weather the month of November was fabulous!! Unit E17 has the best view of watching the dudes surf and the stunning sunsets are right in front of you (I’m not kidding!!!). Our condo was very clean when we arrived and is spacious with all the amenities needed to live. Anything we need, Nili is just a phone call away, she has come thru for us on other occasions(replacing a coffee maker, getting us a blender). North Coast Village has laundry facilties, BBQ area, pool and hot tub.. which we were grateful to use. NCV provides great security as well. The location in Oceanside was great for us. Easy access to the I-5, 76, 78 and of course to the gorgeous coastline down to San Diego. Joined fitness 19 for our daily workouts. Took in a couple of L.A. Kings hockey games, a RAMS football game, a concert and ate lots of great Mexican food at Roberto’s. The Marina has a fish market, lots to choose from. We kept our Thursday mornings free as there is an awesome local market of vendors off 101 and mission street, from 9am-1pm. We drove to old town Temecula, cool place to walk around and have lunch. I would definitely recommend this condo E-17 to my friends and family, it really is the best location at North Coast Village. Easy access to the beach and walk to the pier. It has become our home, away from our home 😎

We loved our stay so much we cannot wait to come back! Condo is suitable for small children (2 and 8 yrs old). The only drawback was the beach access has some stairs to maneuver which made It a little challenging to lug all our stuff to the beach. Nonetheless the beach is so close It was workable. The kitchen was stocked better than my own! The view from the living room and master cannot be beat! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was amazing. Beds are super comfortable also! Overall a 10!

This is what we look forward to every year!! Our stay the month of September is ideal in every way. Of course the weather is perfect!! But besides the weather, our beachfront cottage is always perfectly maintained, stocked with every utinsel and appliance that one would need. Beach toys galore and pool towels if needed. Grassy area for our grandkids to play and unobstructed ocean views. Nili, the property manager is quick to answer any questions or issues that may come up. I would love to keep this gem all to myself but the reality is--- I recommend it to everyone I know. E17-- Sea Haven Cottage--- see you next year!!

Excellent Ocean Front condo in North Coast Village. Gated community with pool and strict HOA regulations. Only downside, if this is one, is the WIFI, but it looks like upgrades are coming.

We took our children and my husband's parents to North Coast Village to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton and could not come home for the holiday. We were so very pleased to find unit D-31 even better than described, as well as the entire condo community! My in laws had never travelled outside of Kansas, so seeing the ocean right outside our backdoor of the unit was something that they will always cherish! The children ran between the ocean with the provided boogie boards and the heated condo pool and hot tub, took a walk to the pier and had ice cream at Ruby's, and played football outside the patio door. The most exciting part was making a home cooked meal for Marines that are preparing for deployment that could not be with their own families because of the well stocked kitchen!!!! We honestly could not ask for anything more from this unit or this property in general. The management was so very, very helpful and available to help with all of our questions and the owners had a welcome basket and everything all lined up for us as soon as we walked in the door. We are so thankful that we found a place that provided us with a magnificent family vacation, but that also supported us taking care of our military family!!!!

My Wife and I stayed at this beautiful 2 BR, 2 Bath unit on the Ocean, in Sept/16' .. I was very impressed by how well stocked this condo was with all the necessary items you would need to make your stay enjoyable .. Most rental units have just bare dishes, utensils, pots/pans, condiments, etc. available .. This unit was stocked just as you would have in Your Home .. The views were outstanding from the front room and the patio, which opened on to a large grassy area, and then ocean waves at your feet.. The furniture was " high end " and very clean. Nili, the Manager of the property, was very responsive with booking arrangements .. and made everything go smoothly with our stay .. I would highly recommend this rental unit for anyone that wants a nice quiet and enjoyable stay at NCV ..

Fantastic property. The sliding glass door opened to a patio with umbrella and chairs ( great place for coffee in the morning ) The crashing waves were just a few feet away behind the sea wall. The home was clean with all amenities provided even folding chairs for the beach and body boards . We would absolutely stay there again

We've never had a bad stay at NCV and now that we've worked our way to stay in this unit right on the beach it is fantastic! Our kids (now in their 20's) still want to join us every year so it has become a wonderful family tradition that will hopefully continue for many years to come. Oceanside is a wonderful town with something for everyone, we love the train to easily get around if we want to avoid the traffic, it is easy to walk to most areas.

Quiet beach destination. The resort was beautifully landscaped, clean and friendly. This is the perfect get-a-way if you are looking for rest and relaxation - no rides, amusements close by just the beauty of the beach and sounds of the waves roaring along the shoreline. Restaurants nearby, however; you will need to walk or ride to souvenir shops. Also, check garage clearance if you have on oversized vehicle - the facility houses garage parking. Wish we could have stayed longer. The unit E-17 perfectly decorated for a beach get-a-way vacation and the location simply wonderful - able to view the ocean every day - although some of the quests next store would wonder into our line of view from living room and stand looking at the beach in front of us - not all the time but it did happen 2-3 times! Would definitely return again and stay longer!

Our family stayed in this condo in April 2016. The kitchen is NEW and beautiful. It was stocked wih absolutely everything you would need. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. The beach was just adjacent to the condo. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our family to use. The condo building's ammenities were great too. Beautiful pool and hot tub. There was a grilling area and under cover parking. And security was very good too. The views and sunsets from the patio were breathtaking! The sound and breeze from the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was very quiet even though I know there were other guests in nearby condos. It is walking distance to Oceanside Harbor which has some great little shops and restaurants. This is a little piece of heaven and we hope to come back soon!

This is the vacation we look forward to every year. We have been staying at SeaHaven for 5 plus years and we never want to stop!! The owners have remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms and have put all new flooring in the unit. They have done a great job and it makes it extremely easy to feel right at home. The property manager and her staff are quick to answer either by phone or email any questions or concerns we might have. Believe me, those things are few and far between!! The condo is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of linens to see us through. I hesitate recommending it to friends and family because I consider this "my" little piece of heaven, but to you who are lucky enough to enjoy this beachfront condo, you won't be disappointed!!

This lovely gem is our home away from home. This was our second visit to the same condo, the best in the complex as far as we are concerned. We were wowed with the beautiful upgrades and grateful to walk into a clean condo with all the amenities. The view is breathless, dudes surfing, sunsets, a way to grab all the serenity you are looking for. We walked the beach, went to the market on the Thursday and shopped at some local shops. Also took in a Chargers football game and LA Kings...gotta be a Cali fan! We love our get away and plan on spending a month next year in this beautiful condo. Location is key is us. We love the awesome view and easy access and have been coming to Oceanside annually for 5 years. This condo was a nice, spacious and comfortable place for our family. The heatwave caught us off guard this year so it would have been great if ceiling fans were in every room and floor fans were updated. I believe the owners, who are great to work with are working to upgrade this though. We will be returning!

This beautiful condo right on the beach has been upgraded and remodeled in the last year! Wow! It is so nice to see that the owners care enough about their property to spend the money to keep it beautiful and well-maintained. We just returned from five nights at 'Seahaven' in Oceanside with our three 'young adult' children. The condo was clean, well stocked, conveniently located and newly remodeled with a nautical theme throughout. The photos did not do it justice! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
