Possibly one of the best places I’ve stayed . The gated complex grounds are beautiful and private. There’s lots to do on and off the property. The only problem was the $300 cleaning fee for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. It’s the most I’ve ever paid, but wanted to stay there, so I paid the fee figuring the place would be spotless for that amount. Not so. There are large stains on the underside of the cushions on the pullout bed. The carpet in the living room was full of dirt and hair and there was a smell that went away if you opened the slider. The bedroom carpet wasn’t great either. Maybe they need a new vacuum??
The kitchen is well equipped to cook, but there is zero stuff in the kitchen as far as coffee, salt, condiments, snacks….

We stayed in Unit E205. It has a great view and is really just steps from the beach. It’s a bit of an older model with lots of artifacts and a good amount of charm. There was a little confusion around what was available to us in terms of kitchen basics, coffee/sugar/salt etc but the team is really responsive so it’s best to reach out depending on which unit you rent to make sure you are well supplied or come with what you need- because once you’re there, you’re not going to want to leave! it’s beautiful, peaceful you can’t hear the train and you can see the waves. BEAUTIFUL stay here! This was our third time staying in NCV, but our first time in this unit. This unit was SPOTLESS clean, beautifully decorated and professionally updated. The photos don't do it justice. The unit had everything you need - plenty of bath & beach towels, extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed. You can see & hear the ocean from the whole unit. I slept with the bedroom window open every night and I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves and could see the ocean from my pillow. This management company is top notch - we've had horrible experiences with others that we've stayed with, but On The Sand was great. I got quick responses when I messaged, and they sent periodic texts throughout the stay. HIGHLY recommend this unit for a wonderful stay.

We love North Coast Village and have made it a yearly tradition to stay here. We had a wonderful time at Blue Horizon. It is the most comfortable condo we have stayed in at North Coast Village. The pictures didn’t do this condo justice! The inside of the condo was absolutely beautiful, it was clean, well organized and decorated perfectly. It was one of the most inviting rentals we’ve ever stayed in, you walk in and feel welcomed. It had everything we needed including board games and books.The grounds were tropical and well lit, almost as if you were staying at a resort in Mexico. The view is amazing and relaxing! When it is high tide you hear the waves of the ocean from the balcony. The security team is awesome. We had the floor above us emptying their coolers and were putting water on our balcony where we were sitting. Security handled right away and no other concerns. The balcony was amazing to watch the waves and sunset. Eating meals out there were so restful and beautiful!! The automatic ice maker and coffee maker made the stay that much better. The greenery is gorgeous on the property. The amenities such as pool and games on property were great for the kids. The space was so clean and comfortable. I also wanted to say the owner was great and responsive when we realized the heaters had been turned off. She supplied great and safe heating and it was warm and cozy. She even delivered extra blankets. The entire stay was wonderful and gave us the vacation we wanted. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

We will stay there again without reservation. Condo has view and is so close to walking along the strand and the beach. 12 restaurants along the harbor. You could walk there. Only suggestion is to provide instructions on how to work the tv.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful, the condo really nice, clean, well organized and in a great location. We spent a morning walking to and around the harbor, and saw 2 whales and a group of approximately 70-80 dolphins on the whale watching cruise. Great local restaurants and wine bars easily within walking distance. For a day trip, we took the Coastal train to San Diego and took the ferry over to Coronado. Fun day! Definitely would love to stay here again!!

We recently had a two week stay in this condo unit. The space has a nice lay out, plenty of storage space, adequately equipped, and comfortable. It is also very convenient, and walkable, to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the coaster. I had a few questions, and the owner, Erikka, always responded quickly. Our damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner as well. We would be happy to stay again.

Everything is just as you see it! A true beach feel kind of place. Everything I needed was provided from beach view to spices to kitchenware to games to TV. I had such a pleasant stay and would recommend Erikka's place. She was there when I needed via text and otherwise the place was mine to relax, unwind, enjoy the beach and the ocean! Also, the staff was a polite as could be too! I was told "I was going to love it here!" upon checking in with the HOA. How confident was that! Loved it!

We booked 3 weeks in E205 and had a wonderful time.The condo was excellent with plenty of space for the four of us. The balcony was the perfect place to relax with great views of the ocean and fantastic sunsets at the end of the day. It is an easy walk to the harbour in one direction or down to Oceanside and the pier in the other. The property owners made the whole booking process easy and were always helpful when contacted. The North Coast resort has good amenities with staff always friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even some sessions in the gym! We spent 3 weeks in and around Oceanside with trips to LA and San Diego an easy day out. We loved It and will definitely look to return in the future. Thanks for making it 'a perfect vacation'. This is a gorgeous condo. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is one of the best in the complex with awesome views of the waves and sunset. Alexandria is a dream to work with. The accommodations were perfect with a super comfy bed and everything needed to feel "at home". The proximity to the harbor offered some great restaurants...Dominic's is a must! We were also within easy walking distance to the Thursday Night Market on Pier View Way, which should NOT be missed. We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy check-in, very nice garage style designated parking followed by pleasant surprise when entering the condo. The photographs understated the quality and beauty of the furnishings. The floor plan is very efficient and comfortable with outstanding amenities such as fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Beach view was an extra plus. The grounds are worth walking and very well kept. Location is very convenient to freeway (without the traffic noise), beach and Oceanside attractions. Overall, the only negative was the lack of instructions on check-out procedure. Would definitely consider renting again.

On our fourth visit to Oceanside to get away from winter in NY (our children live in CA), we chose this condo. It is beautifully renovated, furnished and stocked. We had a minor issue with the gas fireplace and Erica responded quickly and everything was worked out. Mornings and evenings are chilly, so the fireplace and heaters were welcome. Very comfy bed and the new bathroom layout is quite nice.

Description and photos are accurate! Located in a manicured condo complex, in the quiet end of town. Well decorated, comfortable condo with a nice view of the water. A few short steps to a clean and secure beach....Less than a 10 minute walk to the harbour and its shopping and restaurants....less than 15 minute walk to downtown (LTH pub and restaurant a must try). Easy access to highway, if golfing is of interest, we recommend Arrowood and the Golf course of California. We really enjoyed our 10-day stay. Thank you Erika for sharing your little piece of heaven. The surrounding complex is tastefully landscaped with activities for all ages. The beach is minutes away and perfect for walkers, surfers or bathers. The magnificent pier is a healthy walk down the beach and a further stretch out to the pier's end where there is often some fishing action. The blue and white décor of the condo makes for a pleasant nautical themed cozy space always a welcome place to return to after a day's adventure. It is adequately supplied with most items although a few more general purpose glasses and baking utensils could make an improvement.

This unit has it all: great views and light, comfortable and durable, yet sophisticated, furnishings (I wanted to pack that sofa up and take it home with me), and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen (BLENDER!!! YAY!!!), as well as a quality assortment of books, magazines, DVD's and games. Once you're able to tear yourself away from the comfort of the home-away-from-home, there are so many options: beach, pool, beautifully landscaped grounds to explore, walking, running, biking, shopping, and eating all around Oceanside and Carlsbad, if you want to remain closer to "home," or all the delights of the San Diego area if you've come for that. At the end of the days, however you choose to spend them, you will find yourself looking forward to returning to this welcoming, well-appointed happy place.

This great condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The grounds of the resort are beautiful - you feel like you are in Hawaii. The unit is spacious with a large living/dining area, efficient kitchen, and large bedroom and bathroom. It is well equipped for a short or longer stay. The view of the marina and beach were wonderful and we enjoyed the hot tub on the property. It was great to have beach towels and chairs for our use too. We would highly recommend this condo.

“This is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. It has all the amenities you could want and is situated in a lush and lovely condo community with a huge pool and jacuzzi. The beachside location is fantastic! We have stayed here at the NCV once before and after understanding the layout of the complex, wanted to stay closer to beach access. Erikka's unit is just down the stairs and a few steps to the beach access. Plus, we surf and it was great to be able to look outside from our balcony and view surf conditions. Unit was clean and well organized. There were a couple of questions which Erikka responded to quickly. We would stay here again.

My wife and I spent four beautiful days in this lovely condo in Oceanside, California. Erikka the hosting owner provided everything we needed to enjoy the stay at her condo. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we felt she really cares about her tenants. The condo was located near the beach with a side view of the ocean from the deck. It was newly decorated and was spotless. There were lots of restaurants located within walking distance of the condo. We plan to return to Oceanside and we hope that this one is available! Check-in was simple and straight forward. The accommodations were on par with the descriptions; no unwanted surprises. The room was clean and everything operated as it should. Close to the beach, the pool, parking, and other amenitites of the property. Slept with the windows open, listend to the waves coming ashore, only a faint sound of the nearby train. We've stayed in several units at North Coast Village, and this one is our favorite in terms of the interior decorating and location. Erikka was great to work with. The kids and adults love all the community amenities like feeding the fish, playing ping pong, and enjoying t h e pool and hot tub.

First comment would be that the owner Erikka is a real good communicator and responds quickly and clearly. Very pleasant person to deal with. The unit is cozy and comfortable. Bathroom is large so one does not feel closed in. Great balcony view of the ocean and to have parking in underground with elevator access so easy to get luggage to your room without dragging it all over the property. Specific parking spot so no worries about finding a space. Well situated for access to other tourist sites and restaurants .Nice people friendly beach and not overcrowded during the time we were there. Overall well treed property and very private. Easy access to heated pool. If we return to this are we will stay there again .Good value for money. There was just the two of us and that was ideal but the unit accommodates more .Happy travels.

We arrived to find the complex had amazing lush, tropical grounds with lots of amenities. When we opened the door to our condo it was decorated far better then we could have imagined for our getaway. A fun beachy feel that was comfortable with everything we would need. We went outside to unwind and sat at the bar for a drink and enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach, lagoon and harbor. It was a safe and easy walk over to the harbor to browse shops with great restaurant options. We had easy access to the beach and while in the condo I could keep an eye on what was happening in the water. There is even a close life guard tower. My favorite part was falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. We have it marked already on our calendar for next year.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway. Restaurants are just a short walk and the beach is just steps away. The pool is so nice and the jacuzzi is set in a tropical paradise. You cannot go wrong with this condo. LOVED the breakfast bar...perfect for morning sunrise or watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. View is amazing!
