We stayed in your suite for a few days and did not have a pen to write in the guest book. However, I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying here. This is our second time to pick this unit. About a year ago I was very sick and couldn't do a whole lot and it was the perfect place to rest and relax. The location of this condo is perfect. Going to sleep with the waves and peacefulness is unexplainable. I think we can officially now say this is our favorite place. God bless.

This was our second time to come to the same condo unit. It is small, but doesn’t feel that way. The sound of the waves is so refreshing. You can also see the ocean from the balcony. The amenities in the room were perfect. we especially enjoyed walking Down the sidewalk of the marina and seeing the sea lions setting on the decks. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I’m sure we will be there again for a third visit.

We were in the area for a wedding and this place was amazing! This was the perfect anniversary get away! The condo was perfect, amazing ocean view and sleeping to the sounds of the waves in the most comfy bed! Owners provided everything we needed from kitchen necessities to beach gear. We would definitely come back! Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the surfers and laying in bed at night listening to the ocean were our favorite things! The marina is just a short walk and has restaurants, shopping and Sea Lions!! The pool was beautiful and so is the entire property. North Coast is perfect for a couples getaway or family vacation.

Loved the view from our unit. Only issues; screen door not aligned properly thus hard to operate, the fireplace did not work and the throw rug under coffee table continually bunched up. My only comment on the property is the condition of the water/ponds around the office are stagnant. That said loved out stay, coming back next year!

This condo was exactly as described. You could hear the ocean waves coming in with the windows open. The complex was clean and well kept as well as the unit itself. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked, however, we didn’t use it as there were so many restaurants nearby we enjoyed trying. We had our car with us and drove to Carlsbad for dinner fairly often (10-15 min drive). We also walked to lots of cute restaurants nearby (mostly for breakfast, but they serve lunch and dinner as well). The beaches are busy (in July), but wasn’t a problem for us. We only had 1 car, so the covered/underground parking space was perfect for us. Having a second car would have been tough with parking as the public parking in the area fills up quickly daily (typical for beach towns). We don’t have kids, and felt the amount of kids staying at the condo were a little much for us, but we’d still love to come back. It’s an awesome place, great communication, easy check in, and would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for your detailed review! Just for future reference, we do have a few underground parking spaces that we rent out for guests that need a second space. Summer is the busiest time of year for us. If you come back when school is in session, you will see far fewer children. We were so happy with everything. So clean and decorated nicely. So many little extras like a basket of snacks, hangers for our clothes, utensils and kitchen items. Baskets of cards, games magazines if needed. So thankful for the beach chairs, and umbrella and even a cart to hall it in. Our favorite was sitting out on the balcony for meals and watching the surfers. We kept the door and window open so we could fall asleep to the sound of waves. If we ever need to go back we will definitely reserve here again.

Our condo was in the perfect place to see and hear the ocean. We slept to the sound of the waves each night and woke up to the spectacular view in the morning. First off, the view was incredible, plus the sound of the ocean very close by. The unit is right by the stairs to the ground level and the garage. Beautiful interior, very comfortable bed. Unit included boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and 2 putters to use on the putting green. Loved having an ice maker in the frig and water at the frig door. This is a studio but very roomy. The only think I would have liked is a table to sit at rather than having to eat at the counter, but not really a complaint. Large closet. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was also nice to have a selection of games and books to use.

The only negative, was that the cookware was a little limited. I ate all of my meals at the condo, so would have liked a few sauce pans to make some of my items. The location of this property is incredible. We could not get over being able to have the window and patio open and hear the ocean all day, all night. Amazing! There is a check in list for the pool and spa which we followed. The beach was clean and just a few feet away, with beach access on several spots within the property. The neighbors were quiet and the entire property was quiet and calm. Overall we had a great time.

Y este apartamento es muy muy acogedor. Cuando llegué al apartamento tras la situación que estamos atravesando, me pareció entrar en el "paraíso" las vistas que tiene son espectaculares y muy relajantes. This well equipped studio provided us with the perfect post-Christmas holiday. The ocean view from the balcony is addictive and we especially enjoyed watching the surfers. Suggest to bring a hat to enjoy your morning cuppa. The morning sun streams in and the unit is quite bright and cheery. We were pleasantly surprised at the internet speed. The beach has hard packed sand that is perfect for walking long distances. This is our second trip to N Coast Village and we will be back! We would very happily stay in this unit again.

The condo has everything we needed and more. And on our last day the owners were flexible with us on our check out time and that means everything to us, since our plane leaves so late. We will be back to this lovely unit again. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed is comfortable and the ocean life that you can see from the balcony and sunset is breath taking. We had daiily walks on the beach and used the pool and spa and workout room several times. Very happy with our stay here.

Great condo with ocean view just like the pictures. Wonderfully decorated and cared for. I was in town for business and was hoping to mix it with some beach time as well. Unfortunately, the June gloom weather was present most of the week but it was still a great view and the sound of the ocean was nice. The owners supply plenty of chairs and items for the beach if you were going down. Parking was nice and convenient and the few snacks and bottles of water that were put out as a welcome were appreciated.
Wifi was spotty especially on the weekends. There was no cable/live TV. So if you are planning on watching any major sporting event like the Women's World Cup you are out of luck. I finally had to buy a monthly subscription to live Hulu so I could watch what I wanted to watch. I didn't notice this being stated in the description. It is a smart TV which has Netflix, Hulu etc. but no live TV. The ceiling fan above the bed was very noisy and at full speed. The pulley to adjust it was broken so I had to take apart the lamp to find the end of the pulley to turn it down/off. It would be nice to have something in the closet to put your suitcase on. I pulled the leg rest out of the living room to use it in the closet so I didn't have to put my suitcase on the ground. The tall chest of drawers in the closet was nice but I still needed something to place my suitcase on. It was a little louder than expected because there were several children playing on the turf/grass area just below the balcony.
The directions for check-in were a little confusing. It didn't state that the check-in would be a couple of people sitting at a table in the parking lot next to the security office. Once I finally asked the security office where to check in, I was able to see it. Then they didn't have my keys and asked if I was sure I had the right unit number. After showing a copy of my confirmation, I had to walk to the actual main home owners association office inside the complex to figure out where my keys were. After a phone call, I was given my keys and parking instructions.
Other than these suggestions and notes, it was a VERY NICE place to stay. I will definitely keep it on my short list for Oceanside.

Great little studio with wonderful views of the courtyard, ocean, and pier. Updated appliances, nice shower, etc. Will definitely return!

We will definitely try to book this unit for all of our future stays in Oceanside! The sunshine pours through the large windows brightening up this modern unit on even cloudy days. (Yes, it does rain in California in February.) The condo is extremely clean and well provisioned. It is very conveniently located near the beach and the pool. Overall this was one of our best rental experiences ever!
