This unit at North Coast Villages was beautiful, clean and a great location to take our family to the beach. Although it was raining and very cold the week we went, the heated pool, hot tub and having access to the Game room gave us all something to do when we weren't able to be at the beach. I would definitely recommend!!

Such a beautiful place to stay! We loved being so close to the beach. We loved using the bodies boards and beach chairs. On The Sands was so welcoming and added some nice personalized touches like a few snacks to make us feel at home. Such a great place!

What an amazing stay! The view of the Ocean from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was decorated so beachy and cute with a very comfy bed and linens. The property was so cool with a 22-person hot tub and heated pool. Just a short walk over the bridge to a really cool marina with a wonderful selection of restaurants and a short walk to the beach from there to watch the surfers. We had the best time there and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property, very cleaned and well maintained. The grounds were also very beautiful and the location was steps from the beach but still quiet. Do note if you have a very large vehicle the parking garage is a bit tight but I think they have guest parking that could fit oversized vehicles. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was very nice. The HOA association had security, we felt very safe. The location was beautiful, cute shops and restaurants minutes away. The pool and beach being available throughout the stay make us want to come back to Oceanside in the future

This condo complex is a great location. It has a (becoming dated) resort like feeling with beautiful landscaping and everything you need for a vacation, especially if you’re doing a week or more. This specific unit is very clean and has everything you need & is comfy. Don’t pay $10 for an empty laundry card, download the app and pay w/ your phone. Although there was plenty of warning, a $400 portable air conditioner would go a long way- and I noticed many other units had them. While it gets plenty cool at night in OSide, running noisy box fans and having to keep windows (and thus shades) open 24/7 is silly. The noise from pool right outside bedroom window can go until it closes at 11pm. Throw in any environmental things- wildfire smoke, fog, rain, etc where you wouldn’t want outside air and it gets a bit uncomfortable. I’d love to see EV destination charging and parking at this building, even some shareable outlets along the stalls to slow charge would be great with $6+ gas currently.

We have stayed at Northcoast village before and this place was fantastic! The condo was beautiful and airy and the finishes were perfect. We were close enough to the pool to keep an eye on the kiddos but not so close that we couldn't relax with all the pool noise all day. You will not regret staying here, book today!

Our home away from home for the second time. Very much enjoyed staying in the unit as it was perfect for two people for ten days. Enjoyed the location, used the pool and hot tub. Morning walks along the beach up to the Oceanside pier made for a memorable vacation.

This North Coast Village condo had amazing garden and ocean views. I watched the sunrise and sunset everyday from the balcony and loved every minute. The apartment itself is elegant, comfortable, and sparkling clean. I felt right at home and uplifted during my stay. There was hot water, extra blankets, and excellent heating. I also loved that there was a make up removal towel, and complimentary coffee, water, cider, and cleaning materials (hand soap, dish soap and sponge, garbage bags, etc). They didn't expect me to strip the beds or do anything excessive upon check out. All instructions were clear and simple to follow. ! All in all, it's The Best Airbnb experience I've ever had, we've stayed at many!!

My only complaints are (1) that I couldn't get the fireplace to work, but to be fair I didn't ask. I'm sure it would have been an easy fix. (2) The shower handle was loose. I was concerned it would be blamed on me. It wasn't. But I do recommend our host fixes this small issue!
All in all, it's The Best Airbnb experience I've ever had, we've stayed at many!!

Stayed at this unit for nine nights. It was perfect for two people as the unit had lot's of room, nicely decorated and felt like a home away from home. Grounds, Pool and hot tub was great! Beach is a two minute walk which makes this location feel like a four star resort. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience we are coming back in April.

Absolutely loved our time @ Northcoast Village Condo F204. The condo was wonderful, very modern, very clean and had everything we needed also loved the beautiful walk in shower. The view from balcony of the garden and overlooking the pool was spectacular also a partial view of the ocean. On the Sands communicated all the information that we needed to know to have a very enjoyable, relaxing vacation. We will be using on the sands to rent condos at NorthCoast Village for all of our future vacations. It was a very short walk to the beach. The landscaping. pool, hot tab were all so nice. I am recommending to everyone I know. Everything was perfect!

Really amazing location and tidy and neat unit. We loved the place and the amenities and On-The-Sand communicated all aspects of our stay, which we greatly appreciate. We love Oceanside and this facility (despite various rules and restrictions) was exactly what we needed. Steps from the beach, pool, and gym, this was really convenient and centrally located in Oceanside. We’ll be staying again!

Except of a pesky ant problem and some minor maintenance issues within the condo (which were handled as efficiently as possible), we found our home away from home perfect! Plenty of room for a couple, adequately furnished with a full kitchen should you need it. What we liked best about the place was the proximity to the Harbor. Plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from and just a short walk away! We would love to come and stay at this location again!!

My family and I spent almost a month in this unit as part of a getaway since everyone was remote. The location is great! Right on the beach! Literally less than 5 minutes and you are on the sand! The grounds are immaculate. The staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The kitchen in the unit looks to be brand new and fit our needs perfectly. Our two kids slept on the sleeper sofa and my wife and I had the comfortable bedroom. The included parking space in the garage is great as the weekends can be difficult to find parking with all the beach goers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

On TheSand is agent accommodation if you like to play at the beach as its merely steps from a wide beach where body surf abounds. Also their private pool looked inviting although with covid restrictions, we didn't try it. We also would have loved to try the spa and gym but they were closed. However, the grounds are very lush with a koi pond and the location is convenient to the freeway as well as the beach. This is a great getaway especially for folks needing to escape the summer heat.

We have done an extended stay at Cozy Seaview Condo for three years now and will be returning next year. It is always clean and well equipped. It is convenient to the North Coast Village amenities and the beach as well as being within walking distance to restaurants and some local attractions. We always enjoy our stay.
