This unit just had an extensive, full unit remodel done in May 2024 including the kitchen, bathroom, new carpet, doors, windows, and new electrical throughout.

With unobstructed vistas of the ocean, beach, and the picturesque Oceanside Harbor, you’re perfectly poised to soak in stunning sunsets and serene beachfront scenes. Take advantage of the built-in bar with four seats on your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the amazing view.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Experience the ease of cooking in the fully remodeled kitchen, outfitted with white custom cabinetry, brand-new appliances, and sleek quartz countertops. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils needed to prepare your favorite vacation meals. Don't forget to take advantage of the extra beverage fridge where you can stock your favorite drinks for easy access after a day in the waves. 
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a round glass table that comfortably seats four, perfect for enjoying meals as a family with a view of the ocean outside the unit. There are also 3 additional seats at the counter for quick bites or younger guests.

LIVING AREAS:
Relax in the spacious living room, where comfort meets style. Furnished with all brand new (April 2024) furniture including a comfortable sofa-sleeper and two additional reclining chairs.The living room also houses a 65’’ flat-screen TV that you can use to binge-watch your favorite shows by logging into your preferred streaming platform or enjoy free extended cable with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day cozy up and unwind by the warmth of the custom tiled fireplace. (Please note that the fireplaces are turned off and not available during the Summer months.)

SLEEPING:
F4 - Beach Paradise comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation and features a brand-new king bed, a large closet, and a 55-inch Smart TV. For additional guests, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa that blends comfort with convenience. Each bed is dressed with high-quality linens ensuring a restful night's sleep.

BATHROOMS:
The ensuite bathroom features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, complete with marble tiling, a corner bench seat, a grab bar and a large shower head with an extra detachable hand wand. A separate vanity area with a large mirror, quartz countertops, and extra storage drawers, provides ample space to get ready each day.
