We typically stay on the beach however wanted to try a different companies rentals. It was ba eautiful, tropical complex! The unit was immaculate and steps to the sand.

Great condo in the perfect location at NCV. Not too close to the pool, south facing with the sun streaming through the windows, across from the waterfall, firm but comfortable bed, and an all around fantastic place.

The only thing I would change if I could are the protruding light sconces next to the bed. Both my wife and I must have hit them with our heads a dozen times.

Location, location, location! If you want quick beach or pool access AND walkability to restaurants, this is your place! Managers were very responsive to inquiries and gave great instructions, particularly in regard to check in. Expectations for check out were very clear. the units kitchen was small, but tidy and well equipped.

We have stayed in this condo on several occasions. It is a little outdated, but fits all your needs for a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable time at the beach. The fridge is brand new (it was replaced during our visit) and everything met our needs for bedding, towels etc.. The condo had 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a surf board and sand toys which were perfect for beach time. I also saw a cooler in the closet, but never needed to use it. The amenities at North Coast are always great! The pool and jacuzzi are full for the summer and they are working on adding another jacuzzi to the pool area so there is construction happening on the property (we were never bothered by any of the noise or work they were doing). This condo is towards the back of the property which is nice because you can hear the waterfall and not the noise from the pool. We would definitely recommend this condo if your on a budget and just need to get away for some relaxing beach time!

The tropical foliage and the grounds were stunning. The hot tub and pool were perfect because the weather was chilly. We were able to walk right to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to our questions.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado y es ideal para competidores del Ironman 70.3. La descripción decía que era para 4 personas, pero el sofá cama ya no tiene soporte y el colchón no sirve. Aún y cuando fue utilizado por niños, fue muy incómodo. Todo lo demás súper limpio, muy bien equipado!

Everything went smooth from check in to check out! Had everything we needed and was a short skip to the beach! If you see ants, just put EVERYTHING in the fridge. 😉 We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to do so! Thanks you for making our family vacation unforgettable!

Everything went smooth from check in to check out! Had everything we needed and was a short skip to the beach! The only thing I would say that wasn’t enjoyable was the ANTS! They did warn us abo it then though! We woke up a couple of mornings with ants EVERYWHERE! Even In our unopened food! But we made a simple adjustment, just put EVERYTHING in the fridge. 😉 We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to do so! Thanks you for making our family vacation unforgettable!

We loved our stay! It is a beautiful setting! This unit faces the interior of the complex, but you can see a sliver of ocean in the distance. While we would have loved more of an ocean view (we knew we weren't getting it!), the fountains outside more than made up for it. We loved being able to fall asleep to the sound of water. We were there during an off-season time so it wasn't very busy, except over the weekend, and was generally very quiet. The pool and hot tub were great and it's a short walk to the harbor and downtown O-side. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your cute condo! It was so clean, bright, and cherry. We were here to celebrate our new little family with our 2 1/2-year-old son and new 1-month-old baby girl. The accommodations were great. Wish the weather had been a little better and trip had been a little longer to explore the entire complex and neighborhood a little more. But we thoroughly enjoyed all the time we got to spend on the beach digging holes and building sandcastles with our little man while our baby girls snoozed. Thank you for your beautiful little place to help make this possible.

We had such a great time in this beautiful condo, celebrating my husband's birthday. We love the beach and usually visit San Diego, so this was our first time staying in Oceanside. And we loved it. Great vibes, peaceful, and everyone around was so friendly. It was also our daughter's first-time boogie boarding on the beach - thank you for proving these. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Took our 2 boys for their first time in their lives, 5 and 2 years old, and we had a blast! We loved the condo so much it was stocked with everything we needed we loved. This was such a pleasant vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful place. The beach vibe on the inside, the surfboard, boogies boards, and all the sand toys were a huge plus. Thank you for stocking us with plenty of towels (shower + beach) for the four of us and the complimentary snacks and water were not necessary but very much appreciated. If we ever stay in Oceanside again we would stay here, the distance from the rental and the beach is just too awesome to go anywhere else! The nightlife near the lighthouse was so exciting and overall we had a fabulous time.

We really enjoyed our time here! Much attention to detail and super relaxing and cozy and CLEAN! Open the windows to the sound of waterfalls and birds or go out to the balcony for an ocean view! It did get a little warm a couple of the days but they had a portable ac unit which really made it comfortable. Plenty of dishes for a homecooked meal (which is important to us), and very comfortable bed! I do want to mention the bedroom curtains did not filter much light so it woke up pretty early, but overall would stay here again and again. Wonderful, wonderful location so close to both the harbor and pier and friendly security! 10/10 would recommend.

We were particularly impressed with all of the beach accessories and the kids loved the boogie boards. Two TVs made it so that everyone got to see what they wanted on TV at night. The complex is gorgeous and the management is very cautious about masking and limiting use of shared facilities.

Our family rented 2 condos through On-the-Sand. The owners were very accommodating and kind. The condos are very clean and are well stocked. The condo area and beach are beautiful and safe. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommended On-the-Sand as the perfect place for a vacation!

This condo is in the perfect location, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our family (2 kids, 2 adults). Kids slept comfortably on the queen sleeper sofa, there are plenty of beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs to enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away. We loved feeding the koi, riding the waves and relaxing by the pool. Truly a resort feel, excellent!!!!!

G-222 is a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean. The condo had everything we needed, our 10 & 12 year old kids LOVED the boogie boards, the beach chairs were a great compliment to the beach gear. The koi pond, the game room, the pool - all spectacular. The condo was clean, well kept and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, really felt like we were at a resort. Everyone at north coast village was friendly and made for a great vacation. Oceanside is just an hour drive to Anaheim, so we went to Disney a few days, also, even shorter drive to the San Diego Safari park. Our experience booking, paying, communication with on-the-sand, all seamless. I highly recommend!

Had an amazing week at North Coast Village. The complex is absolutely gorgeous with perfectly manicured landscaping and Coi fish by the hundreds. The G222 unit is decorated with an upscale beachy theme. Can't wait for the next trip!

Can't get much better than this! This unit and it's location were perfect for my husband and I. We spent time walking the grounds and beach enjoying the beautiful weather. The unit is comfortable and had the basics covered and more when it came to the cookware.

We rented this condo as well as multiple others from on-the-sand this summer and we had such a positive experience. The complex and location was great for family get togethers and we spent many nights by the pool at the picnic tables grilling and relaxing. One night we even ventured out and did a bonfire on the beach which was a first for us and fun. We went just up the beach to do the bonfire by some sand volleyball courts and a playground. It worked out great for the teenagers and little children in our group. The condo itself was nice and inviting and the bed was comfortable. We're happy :)

Our family had such a wonderful time in Oceanside. The condo was wonderful and comfortable. Anything we needed it was provided for and it was clean. We love swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach. The condo had 2 boogie boards and plenty of sand toys. After we played at the beach there were outdoor showers to use then we hit the pool or hot tub. We love to barbque around the pool on their great big grill. There are so many fun things to do there. It has become our family vacation every year. We always have a great time. I definitely recommend coming and staying here.

What a great place to stay!! The condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. It was nice to be able to have a home cooked meal in the condo and enjoy breakfast out on the deck. The complex grounds are beautiful and well kept and nice to walk through. We were so close to the beach, harbor (with restaurants, shops, rentals) and the Pier, with Ruby's diner at the end. I would definitely stay here again!! On-The-Sand was very nice to work with and answered all our questions before and during our trip to Oceanside. Great family vacation!!!!! :)

This unit was a delight to stay in. The unit is well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location is nice, being in North Coast Village. So many amenities are offered with the complex that you can't get other places. Plus you have easy access to the beach, no matter where you are in the complex. I'll definitely be coming back!

The apartment was very well decorated in a "Beach" theme. The Kitchen and bathroom could use some updating. Inclusion of boogie boards and beach stuff was a nice upgrade. Overall it was a pleasant month at G222. Very sunny unit with a great view of the well landscaped grounds. The Christmas lights were a real treat. Mark and his team were exemplary in their customer service and we would highly recommend renting from On the Sand.

Our family enjoyed the use of this condo. It worked well, especially since we were able to get the unit right across the hall as well. Northcoast Village is great and we had lots of fun at the beach, pier and harbor as well as in the complex itself.
