We have rented condos at North Coast Village from On the Sand Vacations for the past four years and they are fantastic to work with! Their website is very detailed with all of the condos and gives great descriptions of each unit, plus their filtering and sorting is better than a lot of vacation rental websites I have visited. The staff is very friendly and they communicate regularly. I'd highly recommend them for your next stay in Oceanside!

Our family loved staying in Surfside Cottage for fall break! The condo is newly renovated and we loved the updated feel, plus they had everything you could think of to use, including beach carts. Being a corner unit there was no lack of sunlight, breezes and ocean views. The large outdoor patio table fit our family wonderfully for meals and games leaving the indoor dining table available for puzzle building. This is the fifth condo we have rented at North Coast Village and it is definitely one of our favorites!

The condo is a great location with a very short walk to a sandy beach. The deck of the condo has views of the ocean and the great sunsets. Parking was included and mostly convenient. Finding the condo from the parking spot was a bit confusing but not a problem after the first time. The décor and furnishings are a bit outdated but adequate.

We loved the view of the harbor, and the river, as well as the beach. All just short walks away. Perfect location to enjoy all Oceanside has to offer. A fun train ride to San Diego. The unit is lovely; tile floors everywhere, beachy decor, attractive and comfortable. As we acclimated to the condo and what was supplied we kept saying "they thought of everything!" I have never seen a vacation rental with literally everything you need! Five 🌟 Highly recommend! We loved it!

Resort location is wonderful and felt very safe. Close to beach and harbor. Room included more items then we could have even thought of to make the stay even more like home. Resort layout can be a bit confusing though.

We've had multiple stays at NCV and this unit is in a perfect location at the complex and ideal for families. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and a short walk to the beach. Kids loved watching the fish jump in the river from the balcony. Unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway from home. Clean and well maintained unit. Highly recommend this unit and would stay here again. The complex itself is beautiful as always. Lush tropical grounds, well maintained, new washer and dryers, clean pool and hot tub. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had an amazing time at NCV and in particularly the Condo G-25. It was super clean and had everything to make our beach vacation perfect! Lots of beach items to use and everything in the kitchen you may need to prepare all manner of food. We left a few things behind and Nili made a point to call me & let me know. She even made arrangements to meet me there at the condo the following week so I could pick up my items. Great hosts!! Thank you so much for sharing your home by the beach. : )

This condo’s water view is fabulous & incredibly calming. The owners, Bob & Nili, are on point with details & communication. They went the extra mile to make sure our visit was wonderful & we’re readily available if any issues arose. The condo is immaculate & very well appointed. This place is wonderful. What more can you ask for....? A great host, a great location and perfect amenities. Surrounding area has easy to find stores, restaurants and is really a tiny walk from the sand. Parking was a breeze and check in/out could not have been less stressful. We just spent the week at North Coast Village in unit G25. It is a wonderful, comfortable unit. Everything is exactly right. So clean and well keept. We were not disappointed in any way. We will absolutely come back to that unit. Love getting away from the Arizona heat!

This place was great. It was very clean and had a nice view I could check the surf conditions from. The grounds of this place are impeccable and beautifully landscaped (it felt like Hawaii). Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The local beach, steps away, is great for small children and surfers. We would definitely stay here again. One recommendation for others is to do your grocery shopping before you get to Oceanside as we were unable to locate a grocery store in town.

This condo is absolutely lovely!!! It was equipped with everything you need for a long weekend. Perfectly located to downtown (1 mile walk). The best part was Nili and Brian. Amazing communicators, keep me inform of event that were happening near by, arranged for a second parking spot and answered all my questions in a very timely manner... by the time we checked in, I felt like I was renting from a friend. Highly recommend this property and the owners of it. It was great! I can't wait to visit again.

Where do I start? My family and I have been to San Diego plenty of times but this recent trip was the most memorable. The house was very clean and they even provided snacks for us! I ate most of the snacks,but don’t tell my kids:) We really enjoyed our stay and everything went super smooth. We had plenty of kitchen space, the rooms were spacious, and the view was amazing during sunset! Not only that, but we were provided boogie boards- which my kids used every single day! My family enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our time. Nili was super helpful and took excellent care of our requests! We will definitely be coming back!!

North Coast Village is a wonderful condo community in Oceanside. G25 is a wonderful place to stay and is fully-appointed! The Owners have provided a “home away from home” for their guests. Very easy check-in process. Friendly staff and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing with the ocean waves right off our deck. This beach bungalow is located on the side that is more quiet. The inside was perfect! A lot of beach gear which was exactly what we needed. North Coast Village is situated where it's convenient to everything. My family and I stayed here for three nights and we had an amazing time. All that we needed were in a walking distance. The beach is right there and many good restaurants are nearby. We walked for breakfast., for dinner and even ordered take out sushi and walked back to the beach. Great for family with little ones. Brian & Nili's unit is adorable. I'm sure they are proud on what they have done with their unit. As you enter, you will feel right at home - the place is very cozy and their unit has all the views you can ask for (beach, lagoon, harbor and etc.) which we thought was awesome! They provided bath towels and beach towels which is always a plus where you go. The decoration, furniture, appliances and the location of their unit; overall is great! I would have rated our stay 4.5 stars because there is always room for improvement but there is no half star :). If you plan on staying in Oceanside, check them out!

We love North Coast Village!!! Our condo was charming, clean and well stocked with all the essential beach things (umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards and even beach towels)! Our little balcony gave us a perfect view of the harbor, the beach and the sunsets! We loved our access to the beach and harbor...just a hop, skip and a jump away! We were pleasantly surprised to find that even though we were there in the hottest part of the summer, we survived without air conditioning... the breeze off the beach and the ceiling fans did the job! At the beginning of our trip, we went to the local Costco and stocked up on food for the week. The full kitchen in the condo has everything you need... from a blender to pots and pans. We whipped up some fabulous meals there! Oceanside is in such a great location. Besides a great beach, pier and harbor, we visited Disneyland, San Diego, and Legoland! The only thing we hated was that the week flew by and we had to leave! We hope to go back someday!

Our family continues to return to NCV year after year. This particular unit is now our favorite, I think we're on our third or fourth year in it. It is clean, well decorated, well equipped and furnished, really like the miscellaneous beach items provided, umbrellas chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen is well furnished. Beds are comfortable, great views of harbor and ocean from patio. Very short walk to the sand and surf. Owners of the unit very pleasant and easy to deal with and have become our friends over the years. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a great beach experience.

Loved this condo. Beautiful furnishings. Plenty of beach toys from boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys and towels. Great view of the Harbor and ocean from back porch. We loved the convenience of walking to the beach and coming home for lunch.

Overall, we enjoy staying at the North Coast Village. It's convenient to restaurants and activities, but especially to the beach. This particular unit had a stunning view and was in a quiet location. It was stocked with all the kitchen necessities and modern appliances. My children were also grateful for the boogie boards and sand toys. I also appreciated the beach chairs. --- We have now stayed at 2 different properties and have not been disappointed by either one. Will definitely be coming back!

We had another great week at NCV. We have been staying @ Brian and Nile's unit's the last few times we have come down. The unit was perfect. Very clean, and a great view of the harbor. Thanks for a great stay.
