Great place to stay! Perfect location on the beach and so nice to have beach chairs/wagon/toys ready to use. Very easy to check in when we needed- got there at 2:00am and got the keys from the guard. Would definitely stay again! Also- huge plus of this unit having an air conditioner in the bedroom

Probably one of the greatest locations you could possibly ask for. Private enough that we felt safe in the gated community, but still within walking distance of the beach, pier, and lots of great food spots. Having our own parking space in a parking garage was really convenient too, and the unit itself was very cozy without feeling cluttered, and provided SO many amenities. On top of it all, it was very moderately priced for our stay in late September. We would definitely stay here again!!

Had a lot of fun at our first stay with on the sands. Our place was clean and just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. Although we brought our own beach supplies, there was chairs, balls, sand toys, already there for our usage. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning next summer!

Not a negative note but our instructions said to leave dirty laundry in the linen basket and we weren’t provided one. We just left bath towels, beach, and kitchen in separate piles.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning next summer!

Our unit and the entire complex was beautiful and in a perfect location to downtown Oceanside, Oceanside Harbor, and the beach. It is also a great place if you are visiting anyone at Camp Pendleton. This will be our go-to place to stay when coming to Oceanside.

When we read the reviews about this property we were skeptical. Many touted the property “felt like Hawai’i” with it’s landscaping and layout. We live in Maui full time and despite pictures, didn’t believe this would be the case... however once we landed and made it to the property at about 1am, we were pleasantly surprised. It felt more like home than we thought possible. The grounds are clean, manicured and full of mature trees and foliage. It’s extremely well planned out with nearly every condo catching view of the ocean or harbor, and the “boardwalk” pier style walkways through the grounds are beautiful; weaving through fish and duck ponds with foot washing stations and showers conveniently located next to the many beach access gates. And the beach was perfect. Right on the water. We were blessed to have swell for the duration of our stay and there were at least five peaks I could count directly in front of the complex. Can’t beat that. Even the parking structure was immaculate. When we pulled in, all I could think about was how badly I wanted to skate on the perfectly clean and polished concrete. The security staff on site were kind and helpful and made checkin a breeze, and no one ever bothered us. We have stayed in Oceanside before, but I can promise we will never stay anywhere else again. The rest of Oceanside feels like a desert compared to this property. Our unit itself was clean, and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need to enjoy a 9 days stay away from home. Thank you for an amazing stay. We didn’t come for vacation, but rather an intensive learning workshop for my kids, but between sessions it felt as if we were on a relaxing trip. We will for sure be back. Mahalo nui loa.

This condo was perfect for our family. The complex was a tropical paradise, kids loved the Koi ponds, waterfalls and all the little bridges that went over the running water. The beach access was incredible and the small beach area to the north was almost a private beach for the complex. Will be seeing you next summer. Thanks

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for my boyfriend and myself. It was only a few minutes to the beach. We love staying at this condo! The amenities were very nice and clean, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi in our spot was a little touchy but we were on vacation so we weren’t supposed to be on the Internet anyways! There’s quite a bit of walking and stairs around the complex and on the ways to get to the beach and the pool/Jacuzzi but the pathways are beautiful and it felt like walking through a gorgeous jungle! It was a great price for the location being so close to the beach. Literally just steps away. And the village near the harbor is so quaint and has great restaurants. We loved Nana and Pop Pop’s sweet shop and the fish and chips.”

Very clean unit. Fully furnished all the way from a comfortable couch with sleeper down to the available plates and silverware. Adding a guest after reservation was simple and hassle free. Check in/out was very simple. Beach towels, chairs, wagon, toys and boogey boards were available for use in the unit as well. Znorth Coast Village is a very nice location and next time we come to Oceanside i will definitely see what rentals they have available. I highly recommend using On The Sand.

This is a great condo, clean comfortable bed and location was fabulous. Highly recommend. We loved the place and it met every need. We would definitely come back again. We loved walking on the beach every morning. The only comment would be that it is time for new beach chairs. The fabric was torn and the zippers didn’t work. We had everything we needed for a great stay and we were sad to leave. Thank you, maryellen and David Wyman

This unit was Perfect. The location, views were beautiful. The air unit in the bedroom made it so nice to sleep at night. It was quiet in our area but still close enough to be among all the beauty. The unit was very clean. Everything we could have needed was provided. We can't wait to come back and I highly recommend G305.

Our stay was during record temps in August. We appreciate that there were extra fans and a portable AC unit that helped if it was directly pointed at you. Access from the garage was convenient. Far walk to the pier and downtown Oceanside but the Harbor is close. Comfortable couch and cute bedroom. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were provided which was so wonderful. Great TVs with Roku. Nice view of the grounds and a little peak of the ocean from the cute balcony.
