The condo’s kitchen had almost everything you could imagine. Everything was a short walk from the condo (pool, ocean, gym, koi pond, etc.) The first days we were there, the elevator was not working. It wasn’t that bad because the walk from the garage to the condo was not very long. When we left, the elevator was working again. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The view of the ocean was spectacular. On-The-Sand was very nice and sent emails asking if we needed things.

It was a wonderful place to stay pretty much a stone throw awa from the beach. Perfect to make food there or walk to the many restaurants near by. It is an HOA complex so there is a lot of information and rules that come with the stay. but they werent to hard to follow. We were also able to enjoy the sunset every night from our room. We really loved our unit. Found a bed from home I could finally sleep well in. Location is great. We walked to many of the places we ate at. And just loved being on the beach and having a beautiful view of the sunset each night. Will most definitely make our way back there when back in the area.

Beautiful property. Right by the water. Amazing view. 👏 WHAT A GEM. 5 minute walk to dolphin and whale tours. We saw dolphins that made our whole trip. Also right next to the boardwalk and pier where we rented pedal carts. The kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. There was a Kerig coffee maker (no pods) but every dish, pot, ect you could need. Beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas galore. The pool was a great night spot and never crowded. We loved this property

Very nicely appointed condo with a great view and short distance walk down to the water.  The 10 am check out is earlier than most so make sure to get organized the day before(which bites into some of your last day stay) so you can be prompt with check out. All in all a nice place.

Staying at North Coast Village via On the Sand Vacation Rentals was exactly the escape that we needed. G-313 had an amazing view of the ocean and harbor. The condos are literally steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed the family amenities that North Coast offered. Our 2 year old loved the pool and koi pond, where he even got to see baby ducks! We also saw a snake crossing the brick path one night, which we thought was really cool! For dinner each night, we walked to the Harbor which has a cantina, fish and chips spot, and also more upscale dining. We tried something new every night, and there's a cute shop to stop into after for ice cream. The condos are also a quick walk to the pier, where they have an amazing beachfront playground. We never really needed to get in the car for anything, except for when we needed a few miscellaneous groceries. Oh, and our trip to Legoland + the San Diego County fair. There's just so much to do, so close by! The condo itself was very clean and had a kitchen fully stocked with supplies, plus even everything we might need for the beach. This is going to be our family's vacation spot each year!

Every summer I try to get out to Oceanside at least once. North Coast Village has always been my go to. On-the-Sand made the entire process easy. The Condo was very clean and the view from the patio was amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

Our trip was a joy and having this condo as our home base made all the difference. No complaints other than the lack of AC. I'm a hot sleeper so it was difficult for me at times to fall asleep, but the ceiling fan helped. The unit was fully stocked with everything they listed. Having beach chairs/umbrellas/cart etc was a big help. We ran into the June Gloom, so we didn't get as much time on the beach as we would have liked. Walking distance to the marina where we ate several meals.

Thank you for your review! It does cool down at night so leaving the windows open really helps to cool down the units! All our condos do have ceiling fans and portable fans to help also. So glad you had a great time!

This Airbnb made me want to move here and never leave! So cozy and welcoming, I felt right at home, much nicer than the photos convey, lots of lovely thoughtful touches, amazingly comfortable high quality linens and very clean. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound and view of waves was fantastic, filled me with peace and joy. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer great and the beach items (boogie boards, cooler, chairs and towels) unused by me but an excellent bonus! I don't have cable so both TVs were an added treat, along with the fireplace, the ample storage and closet space, large bathroom and vanity area ..... so much to enjoy! The development is very safe, filled with lush gardens that were in itself an oasis and beautifully maintained, with Mallards swimming in little waterfalls and streams throughout adding to the soothing sound effects. Beach options on either side of the complex are lovely. One note: at time of writing there is major work going on between harbor and pier with some beach areas cordoned off and giant pipes laid out - but still ample swathes of sand available, mentioning in case it might be a factor for others. I also felt safe walking in the area in the evenings: families walking, surfers leaving, skateboarders, people cycling .. lots of activity. There was one minor issue at check in and the HOA staff and security dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Personally the pool and hot tub were too busy/noisy despite reservations indicating a very family friendly space (been there, done that!) It is very quiet in the evening, better to enjoy the view and the sounds of the waves and waterfall below. I watched surfers in the morning whilst drinking coffee in super comfy bed and sunset every evening from the balcony. Another aspect is that the angle of the apartment allows for complete privacy with uninterrupted views. I cannot wait to return!

What a great experience with exceptional responses from the staff at Sand and Beach Management. The condo could use some updates and the furniture was heavy and dark which made the unit look small. However it was well stocked with the needed necessities for a comfortable stay. Other things to consider which are out of control of the homeowner is the parking situation, limited and the slow elevators. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would consider a stay again!

This unit truly has everything you could need and some things you didn’t know you needed! The views are amazing. The sunsets are more than Instagram worthy. Enjoyed our stay in unit G313. The unit has a comfortable bed, and is directly above an area with running water, which provided a great sleeping environment. Perfect location for the harbor, the pier, and the bike path. Kitchen is a little small, and awkward when 2 people are in it. North Coast Village still great after all these years!

One of the most perfect sites we’ve ever stayed in CA! The view was perfect, the accommodations were pleasant, the kitchen fully stocked and the walk-in-shower was most appropriate for my disability. The underground parking was a super bonus. We plan to return to this very unit in Sept or later in 2019. Great vacation and grateful for the opportunity! Thank you.

This is a very nice place in a very nice location. Lots of modern updates along with many extras that are needed for the beach. It’s in a nice complex and many places are within walking distance. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is really nice option. Everyone was very nice to work with and made things easy for us with plenty of communication and information.

My family of up to 16 enjoys a yearly vacation. This year On the Sand was recommended by my sister-in-law, who lives nearby. Three families came, and we rented a condo for each. Typically I am pretty stressed upon arrival, having not seen the property personally. The relief was overwhelming when we entered G313. Decor was comfortable and attractive, view from both living and bedrooms were incredible, and it also included a washer/dryer. Many supplies for beachgoing were available as well. In addition, the beach here is really nice, as are restaurants very nearby. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely consider returning.

Just had a wonderful week in G313 apartment. North Coast Village is a wonderful resort, very clean and the garden areas well maintained. Our home for the week felt just like that, everything you needed was there, the owners have thought of everything. We can't say enough good things about North Coast Village and On-The-Sand! We've stayed at NCV numerous times and always book through On-The-Sand. They are so helpful and accommodating...answering emails and phone calls and doing whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. We just spent a week in G313 and couldn't have had a better time. The condo is decorated so pretty and has everything you need for it to be home away from home. The view from the balcony is awesome! The grounds at NCV are beautiful and immaculate, and being a secured, gated complex makes for a relaxed, stress free vacation. We can't wait to go back and we'll definitely book through On-The-Sand! This is our second year staying in G313 and as always it was amazing. Loved the upgraded shower and having a washer and dryer in the condo made the whole stay even better. There was every thing you could think of in the condo. My son loved playing with the sand toys on the beach. The view from this condo was awesome! Loved sitting out on the patio having coffee each morning. Loved the closeness of everything from Ruby's at the end of the pier to the awesome marina. We even explored a little further down in front of the marina and found a playground on the sand my son loved. We also loved watching the resident sea lion frolic in the marina and the cute squirrels playing in the rocks. Oceanside is so amazing and truly feels like "home" . We walked down to the downtown for the Farmer's Market on Thursday as well. We will for sure be back next year!!

Really enjoyed staying here. Loved the furniture & colors the condo is decorated with. The kitchen had everything needed for a weeks stay. Did not have a chance to use washer & dryer (visiting relatives nearby & ended up doing laundry at sisters house!) North Coast Village is probably 30 to 40 years old and extremely well maintained with lovely landscaping. Condo seemed well insulated from noise. Slept great on the bed. Best pillows I have had at a vacation rental! Did not use the couch bed at all. The view from balcony is beautiful for watching sunset and for sitting outside anytime of the day. Also great overall location, Oceanside is a fun SoCal beach town and condo is located close to I-5 for traveling north & south, also near Hwy 101 (Coastal Hwy) and for traveling east, you are close to both Hwy 76 and Hwy 78. I would definitely vacation here again. We had a fun, yet peaceful stay in G313.

My husband and I spent the month of March 2017 in this beautiful condo. Everything was great and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Our view was incredible and we were so close to many restaurants we rarely used our vehicle. Also very close to the Coaster train which was great for many trips to San Diego during our stay. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely recommend this condo.

My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo for a week. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo overlooks the ocean and the harbor. There are so many things to do in the area, as well as at the complex itself. I would suggest taking a tour of the complex soon after you arrive. The pool, whirlpool, gym, etc. are all well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this condo if you are lucky enough to have the chance.

The condo was beautifully decorated,very beachy. All the kitchen supplies, serving dishes, bakeware, glasses, and cutlery were there. Nothing missing for your daily needs. All the linens towels and beach towels for your use were there, comfy deck chairs to watch the amazing sunsets. The storage for your things was very plentiful. The washer/drier in the condo was a real nice touch, we would definitely come back to this condo. On The Sand is a company we have dealt with for 3 years now, They are very helpful and get back to you right away. They make sure that your condo is in good condition and that you have the things you need. Will only deal with them.

This condo is amazing. I really can't believe we got it for the price we did. You are close to the sand the complex it is located in is closer to the water than any other complex on the beach. It has a high third level view of the ocean that you can watch sunset from and the interior of the condo is in great condition. This was our first time to Oceanside, we had been to San Diego and Carlsbad plenty of times in the past but I think we found our new home due to the price and quaint feeling of the city and the harbor. This updated condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 to spend Christmas. Very well furnished with all amenities for play inside and out. We really liked the holiday decor added to the fireplace as well as enjoying the stunning light display throughout North Coast Village. Nothing beat the evening sunsets views! Thanks for making this a Christmas to remember for us!

This condo, G313, was beyond our expectations. Clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable and the views were awesome. It is a very quiet area of the complex and that was fine with us. We will stay again.

What a romantic getaway for me and my lovely wife! We sat out of the balcony almost every evening watching the sunset... except for the night the cowboys were play, then I watched the sunset from the bedroom :) We really loved how well the kitchen was stocked and the ambiance of the complex. The grounds were amazing. The sliding balcony door had a problems and the balcony shelf was cracking a bit but other than that we loved the condo. It was great to have a washer and dryer right in the condo. We hear that is rare.

As soon as you open the door to start your vacation, get ready for an OMG moment that will last your entire stay. The condo was clean & comfortable & tastefully furnished with décor & appliances. The balcony chairs instantly lure you out & you immediately fall in love with the gleaming, glistening views of the ocean & calm & quiet of the harbor & marina. It quietly invites you to relax with a glass of wine & a snack as you are mesmerized by the views. Area is a wonderful mid point base that allows travel to the cute coastal towns to the North (Laguna Beach) or to the South, La Jolla & San Diego all within an hour drive. San Diego gives you an option to take a nice relaxing ride on the "Coaster" Train that departs from town several times a day(free parking) and it parallels the water for much of the ride into downtown San Diego. Once there you can walk, cab it, or take a Trolley Tour or two to many popular areas & you can hop on or hop off at any of the stops & spend a few minutes or hours in the areas that allow you to enjoy many food choices & venues. The San Diego Harbor Tours are a fun way to see some areas/things that you many not know about and learn a bit of history of the area. There is so much to see & do in the areas you will find yourself wanting to go back. To tickle your toes in the sand is about a block walk thru the lush greenery of the complex from the unit. No need to bring beach toys/chairs from home as the owners have thought of everything you need to enjoy a fun day on the sand or in the water. The beach area has been upgraded with some relatively clean public restrooms along several spots along the beach. Check our the local maps & brochures as there are some coupons for $20. off a meal around the harbor and the marina and around town. Good food at Harborside Café & other harbor restaurants. This was our 3rd time in this complex, staying at a different unit each time which all boasted about their "best views" etc. Overall this by far is the unit that does have the best views and best overall comfort provided by the owners and they are wonderful to work with.Take advantage of this beautiful condo to reconnect with nature and disconnect from the World. A reasonable, fully furnished condo-what more can you hope for to make great Kodak moments. -We'll be back! : )

We absolutely loved the condo. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the view was even better than the photos had shown. The balcony was private and we took advance of sitting out there almost every night for the sunset. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. It was stocked much better than other condos we have rented in the past. The beach toys, and chairs were a plus for us. Being on the 3rd floor we were able to leave the window open all night to hear the ocean. The grounds were kept up and we got a few family photos with a beautiful tropical scenery. My only complaint was with two young kids I would have liked to see a high lock on the sliding door that lead to the balcony so I didn't worry about them opening the door and heading out.

We stayed in G313 for a week and the views were just breath taking! The kitchen was nicely upgraded and they had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I think I slept the best I have slept in months. We loved having the balcony door open and listening to the waves and my son and I loved watching the sailboats go by. Great condo and we will definately be back next year!

We have stayed at North Coast Village several times because we love the complex and location (creatures of habit) and this was our favorite condo we've stayed at! The views were amazing and we liked being able to see the ocean throughout the condo. The condo was also really nicely furnished and it felt very clean and upscale. Our favorite activity (besides the beach) was relaxing on the balcony soaking in the rays! We saw some amazing sunsets in our time there.
