I stayed here for a week with my husband, two kids (6 and 12) and my mom. We always stay at a rental on vacation and this condo was my favorite yet. The property grounds were like being at a resort with way less people. The staff was very friendly and the condo itself felt like home. It was clean, well stocked and had beautiful balcony views. The grounds had a stunning pool and hot tub and was just a short walk to the beach and not far from the pier and town. The location was only 30-45 minutes from the major San Diego attractions and close restaurants to walk to over the bridge. If we come back to Oceanside I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful beach with easy access, well maintained pool/spa and the landscaping at the complex is truly impressive. Everything you could need was included with the condo. We loved our stay in G-317. It was perfect for our needs. The upstairs king bedroom was so comfortable and the balcony outside was fabulous. We had additional family staying in a second condo and when we gathered for meals, the size of our table was perfect. A very manageable walk to the beach or the harbor. We had an awesome week and look forward to returning to this great condo. On-the-Sand was so easy to deal with and communication and responsiveness were excellent. We saw their staff throughout the week all through the property, friendly, welcoming and willing to be helpful in every way. Left us with very positive impressions.

The place was perfect for our family of 5 and it was extremely clean. We’ve stayed in that building before so we knew we’d like it, this just had more space for us. With the bedroom upstairs and an extra balcony we never felt crowded. Beds were super comfy too.

The beach is just a short walk away. The unit was very clean. Had everything we needed. You can easily walk to the harbor and get breakfast, lunch or dinner. We look forward to staying again.

The location to the ocean was really fabulous, loved the views! We loved watching the sunsets from the top balcony. Appreciated that there was space for everyone and that there were great dining options nearby. Make sure you verify there is coffee cups or grounds for your first morning! Oceanside is a great town and we would visit it again.

We did see ants in the home - might be time for a spray. My son woke up the last morning to some in his bed! Thankfully, it was on our last morning (stayed for 3 nights). Oceanside is a great town and we would visit it again.

A beautiful place to spend time on the beach. The host was great and easy to access. All questions were answered quickly and they even worked with us adding a night ahead of our stay. We walked to the beach daily, visited sites in San Diego and it was just a great place to be. The Condo was on the top floor and had a great loft with a beautiful balcony that we loved to hang out on in the evenings. We loved our stay.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, safe parking was great and I was able to go into the garage with 4 bikes on my Tacoma with no trouble. There is storage for bikes but you must go through the HOA and you may have to search for another location on the property if it doesn’t fit in the closest bike storage. We were lucky enough to find the last spots closest to us. The pool was not heated to great but it was heated. The jacuzzi was excellent. Our views from the penthouse apartment were beautiful. From where we stayed we got to the beach access by walking along the far right path and followed that till the end. About a 5 minute walk and you are on a beautiful piece of beach. We loved the bike riding and we loved the 10% off coupon for indoor skydiving that we did. I have a 72yr old mom that I took and she dared to do it once, I myself did it twice, and my 8 and 10 yr old girls did it a couple times! Pricey but they are memories we won’t soon forget. Plenty of restaurants around to eat.

Amazing place with a location easily accessible to walk a majority of downtown Oceanside. The views were spectacular from the balcony and the proximity to the beach made for an amazing ambiance of the windows of balcony doors open to hear the ocean. The grounds are meticulously maintained making it pleasing to walk around in a secluded paradise. The foliage provides a backdrop for wonderful photo-ops.

Property was undergoing improvements so every week day there was an annoying drilling of brick they were laying for sidewalk right outside of our condo. The view to ocean was nice. The condo was well stocked with amenities, kitchen utencils etc. The check-in and check out process was so easy! Overall good place to stay!

On the sand was great to work with and was very responsive. A sink wasn't draining and they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. The mattress on the upstairs bed should be replaced though. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was great and the condo was terrific and very well stocked.

I had a family group of 6 stay in G 317. We adored the views, privacy in rooms and location. Their were birds making a loud noise at night in the sky lights,one picky sleeper stayed awake. otherwise, great place for a family.

The rental property was very nice. Everything you need is there, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler. The company is very responsive with an onsite manager who handles any issues that may arise. We had a wonderful time. If you like walking on the beach, this is the place for you. The condo is located between the pier and the harbour, giving many options to walk, eat and enjoy the outdoors. The condo grounds are beautiful, especially at Christmas as there is a fantastic display of lights. The inside of the condo was good. There were two comfy recliners and the beds and decor were nice. It was stocked with most everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

We were a week here and loved the experience. Great walking on the beach, close to good restaurants. Very quiet at night and privacy. We made good use of the complex pool and hot pool. Oceanside is still not too developed and family friendly. The condo had great views. We were able to do most of our cooking in the unit. Overall the facility is well cared for.

During our last visit to Oceanside, we stayed in the Sunset Suite two bedroom condo. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed having 2 balconies that faced the harbor but also had an ocean view. Our kids loved staying in the room upstairs....and my wife and I enjoyed the extra space. You are also within walking distance to lots of little shops and places to eat in the harbor. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Every thing is in excellent condition carpets looked new, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Large TV in living room. The upstairs bedroom is very private, with a good sized balcony and awesome views. We stayed at North Coast Village two years ago in a smaller unit so we knew how beautiful the grounds are. We invited our daughter and son in law to join us this year and they have decided to make this a future vacation destination

We had a great vacation in G-317. We stayed a total of 11 nights and it was the perfect home base for lots of things to do. We even made the trip to Disneyland one day! There were 4 of us, including my 80ish year old parents. While the upper bedroom was too many stairs for them, the main floor bedroom and bath were perfect. The decks were perfect to sit on and enjoy some meals. There was a heat wave the first week but even without AC it wasn't too hot. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we had everything we needed. The property grounds are very beautiful and we just enjoyed walking around. So much to do just in Oceanside! We can't wait to go back again!

Unfortunately we didn't realize it had all these items until after the first 5 days. There was a small note in one of the closets that we found on wall showing the combo code and where they were located. They are located in a storage closet in front of parking space in garage. We enjoyed every minute. Had multiple fans to help pull in the cool ocean air. Unbelievable views from top deck and main deck. Watched Camp Pendleton fireworks show from the condo. Unit faces NW and sunsets were amazing! I would not consider the upstairs as the master, there is only queen and twin bed. King bed is on main floor along with a super comfortable pull out couch. We stayed here with our family of five and had a great experience. It is very clean and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds were so comfortable and everyone slept great! The complex has everything so even on rainy days, we had plenty to do to keep the kids busy. Great condo!

stayed here for a week with wife and 2 kids. Condo access is great and getting keys from the condo security office is a breeze. The unit was nice and clean with good separation between the floors for privacy if coming as 2 separate couples or families. easy access to the beach and a number of restaurants/pubs by the marina, short walk to the pier, shopping, etc.. Kids really enjoyed the pool (salt water chlorination!) and hot tub (regular chlorine). Complex was very quiet at night - I don't think i heard anything! If we ever travel this way again we would stay here again.

Mom and guest loved this condo. The view you see when you pop open your eyes is the harbor, Ocean view beautiful! Mom insist we stay in the same condo for next year. Owners were easy to deal with. The staff was always willing to help and accommodate at any time. You have all the comforts of home and than some including a beauty of a beach. My guest all want to rent this condo.I Plan on a return visit.

We have just returned from our amazing vacation at North Coast Village. The grounds are well maintained, beautiful and peaceful with the streams, ponds, running water, bridges, flower gardens and walkways. The pool and hot tub are large, and very enjoyable to sit around. The bar-b-ques by the pool are a bonus (can be quite busy at times). Being located right on the beach was wonderful with a short walk to the pier one way, and to the harbour the other way. The condo was perfect for us. There were 6 of us in the unit, and the loft with the queen bed & twin bed with its own bathroom worked well for the teenage boys to hang out in. The master bedroom was a great size with the remodeled ensuite. Looks exactly how the pictures show....no surprises. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely be staying here again!! The management team of Mark and Shanna were wonderful to deal with.

We loved our stay in G317. It is such a comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean. If you are familiar with the complex you know the grounds are outstanding and we really enjoyed the location of this condo in a quiet part of the complex with the sound of a brook running. We will definitely be back. The condo was stocked well and very nice furniture. We did notice the condo was lacking good pots and let On-The-Sand know and they had some delivered right away. Great trip for the family!

The condo was wonderful. My dad is 87 and my mom is 84 so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for them with the walk in shower. We enjoyed the upstairs room and the deck is awesome. We loved the view. Everything was there for a great vacation. Would not have changed a thing. Thanks.

This property is fun for our family because we can spread out and do our own thing and still be close together. We love how close it is to the beach- that we don't have to cross a parking lot or pay for parking to get to the beach. It is a pleasant, clean beach that never has too many people at it. The condo manager is prompt in answering questions and is easy to get along with. This is our 3rd year staying in this same condo!

The property was absolutely clean and taken well care of by staff. The staff in the little community was friendly and super helpful. We had a fabulous experience in this beautiful condo. Joy was so helpful, easy to work with, and very quick in her responses to us. Our family of six adults had plenty of room, including space to retreat away from the larger group when that was desired. The twin beds in the second bedroom were especially helpful. Lots of extra pillows and soft blankets were great for evenings and early mornings on the TWO decks. Easy access to everything necessary - the parking garage, the elevator, all the beautiful grounds and the beach. Easy walks to the harbor and the pier - we loved Saturday night sunset and dinner at Ruby's. The kitchen was well-stocked and extra folding chairs helped us accommodate six at the table for meals and board games. Comfortable furniture - awesome recliners! A previous reviewer mentioned traffic noise - yes, we noticed, but not in an obtrusive way...in fact, it kind of lulled us - and watching the cars up and down the street was enjoyable, removed from it, three floors up. The condo was quiet and great for our needs. The views are beautiful, the grounds really lovely and I really cannot think of a single complaint we had about anything - other than that we had to leave for home too soon! WalMart was a short drive for groceries, and other than that, we never left the grounds. I can't recommend the place highly enough. We will definitely return in the future.

We loved our time in this very comfortable condo. Joy was amazing to work with and so accommodating of some particular needs we had for this family weekend. We had six adults and we stayed comfortably in the space. The rooftop deck was fabulous. Well-stocked kitchen and extra folding chairs accommodated us all at the table for food and family games together. Plenty of pillows and lots of soft blankets for when we wanted to sit out on the TWO decks in the evenings and early mornings. There was sufficient room for private space when needed and the grounds are gorgeous. The beach right outside the door was fabulous! We loved our walks to the harbor and for Saturday night dinner out on the pier at Ruby's. Great access to everything needed - the elevator, the parking garage, and all the grounds. The second bedroom with twin beds was particularly helpful for our group. We definitely look forward to another stay...thanks for all you did to accommodate us on short notice. We loved G-317!!

The property is very clean, well equipped and has a fantastic location. The views were wonderful and we really enjoyed Oceanside. I would recommend this property with one caution...if you are very sensitive to traffic noise, you can hear the highway from this location. It didn't interfere with us but we did notice it.

Much never than the pictures. Really Quiet. Gorgeous view off the balcony . I couldn't get over all you get for the low rate. Clean soft linens, very comfortable sleeper sofa and beds, perfect weight blankets and towels. Very very clean. No weird smells. Everything you need for a family vacation, especially with teenagers. Parking,trash, stairs very easy clean and quick. I am looking over the calendar to see when I can come back. It was a snap to arrange the rental. Other families in the complex were very nice and quiet. We only got in the car to grocery-shop and everyone in our party stayed busy safe and happy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach each day and swam at the pool each evening. The owner was very friendly and attentive during booking. North Coast Village is a family friendly location and we would definitely stay here again. We also walked over to the Harbor and had yummy fish and chips and then another day walked to the end of the pier and ate hamburgers and milkshakes at Ruby's. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property!

A great condo in an impressive complex. Highly recommend a stay in this gated community. The only minor issue we had was the carpet could use a steam cleaning but not a surprise given the proximity to the beach.It was very clean & well equipped, when we had an issue with the sink waste disposal the owner was quick to have it replaced. Will consider future stays there.

Our family loved our stay at this condo. Everything was as described and exactly as expected! This condo was clean and comfortable and well furnished to accommodate a family or group of 6. It was convenient to the beach, marina, pier, shops and dining. The views were great all around! The complex was very much kid friendly...my 4 yr old son loved the koi fish pond. We definitely recommend this condo to all travelers for your stay in the Oceanside area. Disneyland was about an hour drive away north and The San Diego Zoo was about 45 minutes away south.

Everything was as promised and better than expected. Our stay was especially nice this year. We stayed in the same complex last year and think it is the best. Anyone renting this unit will be thoroughly pleased by its location and by the comfort and beauty of the condo. We especially liked the upstairs patio which overlooked the beach. Each day we walked several times on the beach and enjoyed the pier, the nearby marina and even saw a sea lion snoozing on the sand one day. A lovely experience for our family. Oceanside is close to other beaches and sights nearby in San Diego The train station in within walking distance if we didn't want to take our car into the City. We hope to return and would be happy to rent this same condo if available.

Great vacation property. My family loved the location and easy access to the beach. The property was clean and well furnished. This unit had boogie boards,beach towels, chairs, etc. for your day at the beach. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and families.
