Had issue with toilet, repaired quickly. While driving there, asked to extended start by one day. Very responsive to request no problem. Wonderful views of Harbor and Ocean. It was a great 5 days. Condo had everything you would need. Great place to walk the beach.

Communication with Sands on the beach was great. It was chilly and we wanted to light the gas fireplace in the condo. Their was no key or lighter to turn it on, it was at our doorstep next day. Over all condo was equipped with everything you need. I would say only disappointment was the seating on patio needs updated bar stools.

This was probably our 4th-5th time staying at North Coast Village and this by far was our best room yet!!! The kids (10-11) stayed out on the pullout couch and loved all of the amenities the complex had to offer! The place is like a resort, which is part of the reason we keep coming back. This place has the best view of the ocean. The kids could ride their scooters on a sidewalk outside while we had drinks on the balcony! They loved playing pool, ping pong, going to the beach, which was right outside, if I haven't mentioned that already, there was so much for everyone to do! The room itself was way bigger than any of the other rooms we have ever gotten! The living room alone was the size of the other living/dining combo rooms! The other rooms we have rented barely had room for a bed, this was way bigger! We loved the shower that you could set the temperature on!!! It was very easy to keep clean. The balcony was also way bigger than the other units.  I definitely would do it all over again!!!

My only suggestion, and take this with a grain of salt, because I am sure anything would have been provided for if we would have asked, but it would be to ask for extra supplies if you are staying longer than a couple days. We ran out of everything, dish soap, TP, trash bags, there was only 1 kitchen towel, only S&P, no foil, zip locks, very minimal plates, only 2 beach chairs (we were a family of 4), but tons of and toys and boogie boards! I had to buy more stuff than I ever did in any of my other rooms, but the location made up for it all!!! Again, if I would have asked, they probably would have made some of it available, but I guess I just kind of expected that kind of stuff to be there. But I definitely would do it all over again!!!

Nice clean condo with great view, can't complain about that. Only issue we had were the rules and regulations posted after payment agreement was completed, too much to worry about cleaning or emptying trash when there's already a cleaning fee. Also the no sand policy was annoying especially if you have children or plans of walking on beach...

We annually visit California and find North Coast Village a wonderful place to stay. We've stayed at G36 the last 2 years. It is always clean & well cared for & has everything we need! Any questions we may have are promptly answered. This unit has beautiful sunsets and a great view of the marina!

G36 was spacious and clean with 'Beach Theme' décor. Beautiful patio views of the ocean and harbor. Stocked with beach chairs, toys, towels for fun beach days. I would recommend this unit for a delightful stay at North Coast Village.

We come to Oceanside every summer and we discovered G36 last year. What a gorgeous condo in a perfect location. Just steps to the beach and stunning views of the ocean. Condo was well stocked and very clean. On-the-Sand is a great company to rent from. We will be back next year!

We are snowbirds and stayed 7 weeks. This is our 3rd winter at NCV but this is the first time we will return to the same unit. Well appointed, roomy, quiet and very comfortable for an extended stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 week January stay in G36. It was our 1st condo experience & it did not disappoint! It was neat, clean & has a cute nautical themed decor. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony ,walking a short distance to the beach where it was fun watching the surfers & the harbor where we found lots of good restaurant choices & our favorite coffee shop.The beautifully landscaped condo grounds are like a tropical paradise with streams, ponds & waterfalls that we enjoyed a daily walk. When there was a problem with the bedroom TV, On- the -Sand was very helpful & quick to respond.

We rented G36 for 10 days and we were not disappointed. The condo is very nicely laid out. There was plenty of sand toys for my son to play with and nice chairs for us to sit in. The view from the living room is amazing. It was fairly quiet. There were some neighbors below us that sat out on their porch and kids playing in the grass. We just shut the door and it was fine. Nicely decorated and a great home away from home. Was literally just steps to the beach and the pool is awesome! Was nice to be able to walk over to harbor for dinner or down the beach for a playground. Highly recommend this condo and the company that manages it, On-The-Sand.

Great time. We stayed while visiting my son at Camp Pendleton. Views of the sunset each evening were beautiful. Landscaping is breathtaking. Only thing I could think to recommend is maybe a few extra kitchen supplies such as cookie sheets and better spatulas. We cooked a lot because my son missed home cooking so we had to improvise often. But it’s definitely no deal breaker. Plan to return in the future.

My husband and I wanted a beach location while visiting our son who lives in the area and we could not imagine a better place to have stayed. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean. North Coast Village grounds are beautiful and well kept. Streams with small waterfalls are throughout the property. We did not take advantage of amenities such as the pool and hot tub but they appeared clean and inviting. Assigned parking and a short walk to the beach are definite pluses. It was a fantastic place to stay!

The condo was almost perfect for my husband and me. The location was great. It was nicely decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean. The beach is a very short walk away. North Coast Village grounds are beautiful and well kept. Streams with small waterfalls are throughout the property. The only thing I had a slight problem with was storage space in the bedroom. There is plenty of closet space but drawer space in the bedroom is minimal. I’m 5’3” and the wall-mounted cabinets were too high for me to comfortably put my clothes. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely rebook if in the area again.

We found that once we arrived the condo was better than expected. The grounds are very well manicured. The proximity to the Beach, Pier and Marina was perfect. The facilities are professionally managed with great security. The Condo itself is cozy with a nice nautical theme throughout. There were two very minor issues, only one fry pan that sticks like crazy and the ceiling fan in the dining area had a hum to it, perhaps needing balancing. The rest was wonderful. What I found most impressive was the cleanliness of the entire neighborhood as well as the safe feeling. Last but not least the communication with the managers was continual and spot on with expectations and commitments. I will definitely consider this unit the next time we visit Oceanside.

Our stay was wonderful. The nautical theme throughout the condo was entertaining. The gardens, the pool, hot tub, all was very well looked after. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Lots of families enjoying the pool area, very safe.The views were glorious. The easy access to the beach was handy for those morning walks. Close to the Oceanside Pier and main streets. Close to the marina and restaurants. This was an early April visit so there were some cooling winds off the Pacific, bring a long sleeve tee shirt for the cooler days/nights. The condo itself was well equipped for most cooking needs. We had to buy all condiments,so be prepared. Walmart is a 5 minute drive, not very far away. The entire facility and surrounding area is very clean and safe. The communication with the manager was extremely helpful. We will definitely consider this on our return to Oceanside.

We stayed in G36 for an annual sisters weekend. There were 4 adults in a one bedroom and it was perfect! The condo was even nicer than the picture showed. It was roomy, with plenty of seating. Would use this place again in a heartbeat.

A friend and I stayed for 11 days in this unit which overlooks the harbor. The unit was clean and well maintained as well as being tastefully decorated and with with all the necessary supplies - dishes, cleaning supplies,etc . Unable to find the extra sheets for the sleeper bed, I contacted the agency who contacted the owner who brought over some sheets which were not needed after all as there were extra sheets in a location which I had overlooked. The unit's owner left her phone number in case there were future issues. There was one-- the living room TV was not functioning very well, and when informed, the owner quickly took steps to rectify this problem. Overall, this was a very satifactory experience.
